Very handy tool- specially if you have a team that need to access sensitive information
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively inexpensive and I like the security it offers. No need to type your passwords- means no more keyloggers and stolen passwords. Further, you can grant access to staff without directly sharing the password.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much to dislike about this fantastic tool. I have found one thing slightly annoying: having to type the master password too often. I also found using it on mobile devices not as friendly as it should be. Perhaps this is due to Apple not allowing flexibility. Otherwise its great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a software development agency. Naturally, our developers need access to sensitive information such as our banking and payment provider login details. Instead of sharing the password directly, we share it via 1Password this way, and we can remove access when we want!
Other problems I am solving is:
1) I do not have to remember thousands of passwords
2) I don't have to type my passwords
3) I can create secure passwords

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the competitors are slightly less expensive, but I don't trust their security as much as I do 1password's.
As a business user, I would like the ability to mandate standards for passwords (ie minimum number of characters, complexity, required change frequency, etc.)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a financial services office, we must have many different logins to access critically sensitive information for our firm and clients. Having a robust passwords policy is critical. 1Password allows us to easily create and retrieve complex, unique passwords for each service that we have to log in to. As the business owner, this also means that I control my employee's passwords and will not be stuck without access if someone is suddenly absent or quits.
The ability to generate time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) is extremely convenient because it does not tie authentication to a specific device and is securely backed up. With the browser plug-ins this also makes it fast and easy to implement 2FA that is not tied to a cell phone number or email address.
The notes section of each entry is an easy place to put my fake security question answers (take that, phishing scammers!) and other information related to the account.
I make frequent use of the secure notes feature to store private information, and the document repository ensures that I always have easy yet secure access to copies of my most important documents.

Fantastic UX
What do you like best about the product?
It's so marvelously easy to pass around ENV variables, shared credentials, super secret grocery lists, having 42 character long strong passwords. Whenever I recall what we did before having 1Password at the Technologiestiftung Berlin my head hurts and my knees start shaking.
Thank you 1p
Thank you 1p
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about 1p. I'm not a fan of skeuomorphism, so the vault metaphor when logging in could go away but that is my personal preference as a designer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have strong passwords now.

1Password supports open-source
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the features that 1password offers: multiple vaults, password generation, autofill, support for one-time passwords, a clean interface, polished app, customization without being over-complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that they're switching to an Electron app soon, even if I understand why they feel that's a good decision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have custom passwords for all my websites. I don't have to remember then, and it's easy to change them if I need. It creates passwords in the format I like, while still being secure.
Great for companies needing to share logins
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to set up different departments and ensure everyone has login access to various websites related to your department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind. I was initially annoyed at having to re-login every time I used it, but later realized I could just change this in settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it both for team settings as well as to keep my own passwords securely saved and accessible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I'm in a system engineering team I use to have so many credentials, tokens, keys and licenses and it's hard to store, manage and access them securely. Here 1pass is a life saver to us it enables us accessing and storing our credentials fast and securely.
