1password rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Great chrome integration and they don't use web trackers
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to enter my passphrase all the time when accessing the web interface is an annoyance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just sharing credentials across the team and having security
1Password is in my view the best password manager out there
What do you like best about the product?
The clean UI is easy to understand (good for adoption by new users) but also makes it fun to use and put as many data in it as possible.
You can define custom fields and sections.
1Password got apps for all platforms (even Linux got a beta for a desktop app). As an administrator, I could also make great use of their CLI tool to automate the creation of vaults and groups and invitation of users.
Sharing passwords in teams or families is simple and easy to understand for everyone.
The administration console to manage your business account / team is clean and easy to use. Not overpacked with a ton of settings you get lost in.
1Password is giving you a peace of mind by letting you know on what sites you have an account, let you have an unique & secure password for each of them and even let you know, when your account or password is showing up in a data breach.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their Windows desktop app could be better (they are working on it).
Also other PW managers got an automate password changing tool for lot of websites - 1Password does not have this (I'm not sure, if I would make use of it).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sharing passwords in multiple teams and different projects. Having one 1Password entry to store all passwords from a system/server is great.
Full Featured Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
1Password offers a variety of tools in password management to ensure all scenarios are covered. From notes to MFA to credit cards, they'll secure it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
1Password can be overwhelming for a new user to dive into and understand the different scenarios and tools available to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure all our users use complex passphrases rather than insecure passwords.
An awesome multiplatform password manager in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It enables one to protect data access passwords, including mobile ones, on multiple platforms. It also has the ability to create a temporized two-factor authentication password, and instantly generate elevated passwords with different rules such as length, number of digits, number of characters. Multiple secured data stores can be shared across multiple users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be frustrating when I configure a new computer or install a new computer after buying a cloud version of the Mac version or the App Store. Workflow isn't always as safe as this idiot wants it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need access to a large amount of systems such as state tax systems for medical records. It has made us far more efficient in maintaining all of our passwords safe and sync-free.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for a number of different password environments. To identify each location and user, establish an appropriate naming strategy.
Office Manager Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we can allow different permission to different user in different vault. it also very easy to share passwords between users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have so far is there no count number on the people page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now compliant with SOC2 and we can monitor threat to any platform we are using.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend 1 password the platform is very easy to use and 1password has multiple integration possible.
decent , but there are other solutions for less
What do you like best about the product?
that is an online solution and syncs automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
for entries you don't have that many fields , eg custom fields . using keepass on a personal level i found that is imposibile to move from it to 1Password as that transition results in losing lots of information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping and sharing passwords
The easiest way to handle your safety
What do you like best about the product?
The password generation, because it makes me not to worry for my intensity of my key. I really appreciate the manner in which the tool handles all confidential data and how other users can cooperate securely with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often it is difficult to identify individual websites where a login type exists. Often it appears that an unlocked password screen are froze and it is not quite clear that the primary password is typeable or not. Something thing I do not want is the incorporation of Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm sure with One Password that I use a highly protected password on any platform were I register here and I'm sure I do need to adjust the breached password unless a security breakdown occurs and the rest from my other login information are protected.
Flawless experience
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that one has suggestions to use as shortcuts for the most used sites. The autocompletion of the user and password makes the workflow of any login experience much smoother. The Secure Notes come in handy when working with sensitive data as well, preventing me from the possibility of losing a piece of paper I am writing on or simply leaving the physical thing at home and not having access to the information I need
Within my work environment, it is very easy to keep track where can I find the admin credentials to do things by myself instead of relying on an administrator for very mundane things.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides I found is that the plugin gets locked back in pretty fast, needing to input my master password pretty frequently. Additionally, while this may come as from lack of UX knowledge, I fear sometimes that I will need to use accounts from devices where I don't have a 1Password installed, therefore I would have no idea what the password is. Having some tips sent via email on how to enhance that experience would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- the need to ever remember my password
- the need to come up with complex passwords
- the ease of having everything you need in one place, not needing to check out your phone notes, your google password, or call your daughter to remind you what password she put on your Facebook account

The one time Passwort is named badly, this is used to setup the 2-Factor auth and the tool that gives you the option to scan a QR code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing externals access to tools and without needing to create a lot of Zombie account in the long term.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team is bigger than 5 or if you thinking about getting an Freelancer, you should. Especially if you are thinking of growing the team. The later you do it, the more you will struggle to make them use it.
1Password keeps us safe
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is a fantastic product. It integrates seamlessly into our workflow and enables us to enforce password policies, unique passwords and MFA across our organization. Their vaults for secure information storage are extremely helpful. We would not be able to function without their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I am struggling to answer this question. I guess my biggest dislike is that the Ubuntu support is limited. I heard that a CLI is coming though which will be helpful indeed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2Type2 compliance. Enhanced operational security. These are pretty big benefits :)
