The best password app on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
They make it SO easy to manage dozens upon dozens of passwords between multiple devices. Their feature set is robust and includes organizing password sets into vaults that have separate permission rules; password generation with various options (password type, required characters, and length); easy search; 2FA; and supports all device types and OSs for my needs. I can even log into my account by fingerprint scan!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides to the app that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves issues I've had in the past with managing my passwords across multiple devices. New passwords are easy to generate new and secure -- it's been very useful to set up my default password type so it's quick and easy to meet the standard password requirements when creating new accounts (minimum length, special characters, etc). It's also really useful in a business environment where some account details and passwords are shared with colleagues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase 1Password. The experience has been very positive and I haven't needed to reach out to their support team. Between their clean UI and documentation it's really simple to get up and running -- everything is intuitive!
I don't know what I'd do without 1Password.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features are the ability to fill in my credit/debit card information in a couple of mouse clicks and that everything is synced between all my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting set up on additional devices can be a bit cumbersome (needing the master password AND a secret key), but once set up, it just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password to store passwords, card details, social security numbers for my family, and much more. It's a secure way to keep all your important information easily accessible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create separate vaults for personal/business/friends and make sure it's all synced via 1Password.com or Dropbox. Huge productivity app and one that I couldn't live without!
1Password makes security easy
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily log into all of the services that I need to on a daily basis is a game changer. This includes TOTP support, which truly makes logging in to any app or service that requires a second factor a breeze. And having an individual, strong password for each service that I use brings peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I dislike is the inline menu in Safari, which I found got in the way as I attempted to log in. Thankfully, there was an option to turn this off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password lets me have unique passwords for each service that I use, and makes it super simple to change passwords when I need to. The built-in Watchtower functionality also notifies me when a service that I use has potentially been compromised, and lets me quickly and easily deal with those situations.

I love the security features that warn you about compromised passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension connectivity is somewhat unreliable. 1Password sometimes thinks I'm not logged in to my account for reasons that I haven't been able to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My password security has increased 100x. I'm also able to log in to sites much faster and I don't have to worry about forgetting passwords.
Great password management system
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for keeping passwords in one place — I've even recommended it to family members for personal use! It's also easy to access on a browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that has been confusing is how my browser sometimes cannot remember which passwords have been saved by the browser itself vs through 1Password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use to keep my passwords in an unsecured Notes document — 1Password's security is helpful.
Perfect for organizations
What do you like best about the product?
While other password managers work fine, 1password works great for organizations where shared vaults can be utilized for service accounts and other vendor-accounts for users in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
the many options and settings are confusing for first time users

The fact that I don’t have to remember 100 different passwords is extremely helpful.

Nothing, it’s flawless and extremely helpful.

It is very easy to use and makes logging in very efficient. I like the security of knowing my passwords are protected.

It was a bit difficult to initially set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are eliminating our staffs use of paper or Excel Word documents to retain passwords.
Intuitive and Simple!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization is top notch, and the Chrome plugin is super helpful! It saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the ability to share passwords with others in the app, instead of the browser? But I could just not be aware of the functionality there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves SO much time! To be able to fill in your passwords with one click is incredible helpful. Also the ability to securely share passwords within the organization is helpful.

We all have to have 1,000 passwords... so this is a crucial tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add items and easy to find existing items in my vaults. It's also straightforward to restrict access to sensitive data and set up vaults for specific teams in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome plugin is a bit clunky and doesn't always work right. You often have to click around a few times to get it working. It is easier for me to open the desktop app and copy credentials from that than use the browser extension. The browser extension for LastPass is way easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing logins to our internal development environments and customer environments securely. Being able to share and restrict access to certain items is very important for us too and 1Password make this very easy.
