Great tool with some issues
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to remember my passwords and it generates good, secure passwords
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it stops working and I have to restart 1Password, reinstall my browser plugin, etc

I particularly like the simplicity of using the tool. I also like the possibility of using plugins in browsers, sharing in different user and team vaults and not having to carry credit cards
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned in the chat with Rodrigo, I think 1password should invest in renewal notices linked to a calendar.
I would like the tool to let me know when another registered tool is close to contract renewal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is simple management of access, passwords and information. No need to use multiple control sheets.
In addition I can log into any computer without losing information and optimize my time

use as much of the tool as possible, as it greatly speeds up work and enables greater data security

Compatibility with lots of platforms / browsers.
New features I could dream about are already in plans.
Features related to password analytics, so called "watchtower" that gives an impression of problematic passwords.

What do you dislike about the product?
Last change how the app behaves in windows. I would love it to never be hidden when locked. Would be cool to have this in the options.
Trash is not private. In case of cleanup it is not easy to utilize "trash" function as anybody may see what has been deleted.
I had troubles to switch from "beta builds" updates to "normal" when using the app on Mac.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it between teams, RBAC solution in this case is very helping.
We can use it across different platforms and be sure it is always in sync.

Cloud-based sync is a benefit that gives us a possibility to always have up-to-date password database for all vaults a user has access to.

Until now I have not found any other solution that is close enough to what 1Password provides.
Moreover, it has reasonable price for the solution with a clear added value.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use (as a user) and its ease of management (as an IT team).
Vaults are super easy to configure and being able to link them to Okta groups via the SCIM agent is fantastic.
I love the ability to check for compromised passwords and the ability to store one-time passwords is also really useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the provisioning with Okta/AD could be made easier, having to run the SCIM client from a server/container somewhere is extra maintenance we could do without. I also can't see a way to store multiple documents/attachments under a single entry via the web client.
I'm not a massive fan of the desktop client on Windows, finding it slightly too intrusive, whereas the web client and 1PasswordX plugin are brilliant.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hopefully, it's making it less likely that our users will re-use passwords and it's also helping us manage certain accounts/keys that need to be shared amongst the team/s.
One of the best uses so far is being able to use 1Password for MFA as well. This is really handy for admin accounts that require MFA, but also need to be shared with the team. Previously we'd have had to have a phone secured in our Storeroom safe, but obviously this is much easier.
Helping users identify when a password is compromised and being able to generate complex, but easy to remember password using the generator is excellent.

Trial it along with other competitors, make sure you have a list of criteria and choose the product that fits best. For us that was 1Password, largely due to the ease-of-use and user experience, which were key if we wanted to have adoption across the business.

Works very well and very fast, provides security and integrity and gives you peace of mind. This is my single point of truth

I am just insecure of what happens if 1password fails.

I don't need to memorise hundreds of passwords and I don't need to use simple passwords.

It is very easy to use and I have never had any issues.

How frequently you have to enter your master password, but I suppose that is secure.

I do not have to worry about forgetting a password ever again. And I can make my passwords more complicated that I would without 1Password.

What do you like best about the product?
How well maintained the software is on all platforms. I use the Windows, macOS, and iOS versions as well as the dedicated Chrome extension, 1PasswordX. All the software is great. Their support section of their website is very well designed and maintained along with being very thorough. The elegance of how the tool uses various data types and 1Password's continued effort to expand these features over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest there is nothing I dislike. It is one of my favorite tools I use throughout the day. I have been using 1Password for over 10 years both personally and professionally. I thought about this question for several minutes but couldn't find anything about the tool that I find wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased user account security across our entire organization. Sharing of credentials across teams for shared resource accounts. Allows the use of shared 2-factor capabilities of these resource accounts, which is difficult to do with GA or Authy. The tool has saved us money because of this by allowing multiple of our staff to make use of one account instead of having to purchase multiple accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Support from the 1Password staff we've interacted with has been phenomenal. The ease at which we've rolled this tool out through our organization this year was surprising and the staff has been super helpful along the way. I cannot recommend this company enough to do business with.

The confidence that 1 password gives me is the best and if add the great UX on their apps is just wonderful
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some platforms that are still using email OTP instead of the google authenticator algorithm, would be nice if you can integrate to start reading these OTP emails and get the code from there, because right now is uncomfortable, and take time to get the code directly from the email making slower the login process.
Also on some login forms, there is more than only user and password fields, like the AWS login page, would be nice if we can customize the form fields.

Making passwords robust and secure, and centralize the management of sharing accounts.
