The Only Password Manager You Need
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install and manage, especially using the 1PasswordX Browser Extension. Prompts for secure password generation, auto-complete of passwords, and seamless saving of renewed credentials make this a terrific solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration between the desktop app and the browser extension is "glitchy" but never so annoying that the passwords don't work. Usually it's the fault of the site itself for having an obscure redirect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password solves the problems of securely sharing passwords for accounts among our team, providing a secure-password generation tool for end-users, and private vaults to secure their own (personal) credentials. It does all these things better than any alternative.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the number of users and sites (and devices, Remote Desktops, etc., etc.) that you and your team access; it's a lot. Make the process for adding and using 1Password seamless, and you won't regret it.
The very first program I install!
What do you like best about the product?
Security, ease of use, and ease of administration for a team. Excellent support and customer engagement. The included Family Account is an awesome feature with 1Password for Business. The feature set continues growing each year, and support for all platforms (Mac, Linux, Windows) provides consistency throughout the organization. The variety of information which can be stored in 1Password makes this tool indispensable. Much more than just passwords!
What do you dislike about the product?
You will wish other software worked as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing credentials among a physically distanced team, including 3rd party contractors via the Guest option. The included Family Account lets us promote good password practices among our team and their families as well.

If you want a secure and easy to use/administer password solution - look no further.
1Password is the most useful of it's kind
What do you like best about the product?
The features such as breach domain reports and watchtower are extremely beneficial to have centralised in a piece of software like this, they allow us to not only securely manage our passwords but also ensure that people within our domain who aren't currently using 1password have not been breached either.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike with 1Password honestly, I noticed the odd little bug here and there but nothing consistent or worrying so overall really enjoyed using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems per se with 1Password, however benefits wise, other than being able to store all our password and api keys etc. securely to be accessible only by the teams that need them has been a great help, along with the reports and watchtower I mentioned before have allowed us to have a greater overall scope of what's going on inside our business in terms to accounts and passwords.

no linux version, no background sync on iOS

1Password allows our employee to quickly save passwords in a secure space. Using 1Password is very easy, so no one has problems with this service very big advantage for us is the compatibility of 1Password with many platforms

The best password vault, period
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using 1Password for several years, both at work and at home. The tool keeps getting better, and the investments from the 1Password team are very visible. From a corporate admin point of view, the tools are robust and easy to use. These admin features are perhaps what differentiates 1Password the most with its competitors. The ease of setting up multi-factor authentication tokens directly in 1Password is a close second.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here. I know some people dislike the absence of free tier, but I believe there is a lot of value in having the right tool to roll out to an enterprise. Our adoption rate within our firm is now close to 70%, so I believe this is worth every penny of the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password truly allows us to strengthen our security culture. Almost every cybersecurity webinars we have done internally featured 1Password as a tool for cyber-hygiene. Shifting our culture to use MFA and strong, unique passwords on every account is a critical endeavor of ours.

1Passwords relative ease of use, including it's excellent integrations with macOS, iOS and even Windows are unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just don't dislike anything about it. It's so great!

Managing password is seamless.
Simple, great customer support, and can't recommend enough

1Password has been incredibly easy to use and the support has been continuously great. From the initial reach out to the post-contract support has been top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
The product can be simple to a fault. Not a massive issue but happy that they keep adding new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major solve is sharing secrets, credentials, token keys with external users, and just overall password security.

Consistent, powerful, and beautiful
What do you like best about the product?
1Password Teams works consistently everywhere we need it to. The UI is beautiful and intuitive. The Customer Support forums are active and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I had considered was custom item templates but that's now available by enabling beta features in the Mac app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password makes it simple to generate, store, and share secure passwords. In addition to being a great password manager, the fact that it's easy and beautiful is a big step toward encouraging people to not reuse passwords across services.

I love teams, and OTP 2FA for everything

The UI takes a little bit to get used to. It’s decent, but not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving for the sprawl of credentials, secrets and owner service accounts necessary to manage a distributed team in an all SaaS environment.

Look at the competitors to ensure it’s the right fit for you. Not everyone finds the interface intuitive. But our org uses it effectively
