1Password makes it so I only ever have to remember...well...1 password!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that 1password stores all of my 150+ passwords in a safe and secure, yet easily accessible manner I love that no matter which device I am on, I can use 1password and get into all of my accounts easily. I never have to remember passwords or usernames anymore. It's great on my mobile phone. The vaults options allow for secure sharing of login info between colleagues as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike how often it will pop-up a little box asking if I was to input a password, when the field it's identifying isn't as username or password field. Sometimes it's a text field that will populate a list of options as you type, and the darn 1password pop-up box obscures the options which are coming up as you type. It can be turned off for the page, but it is just a small but frequent annoyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is two-fold. Remembering all of the 150+ work and personal passwords I have, and also keeping them secure. A third thing is that it solves the conundrum of how to share a password with a colleague safely and securely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it. It is honestly amazing! I love this and use it at least a dozen times each day. It also makes life so much easier on new employees who would otherwise have to try to remember dozens of username and password combos (while trying to keep them secure!)
Customer support is, bar none.
What do you like best about the product?
Representatives responded to my request for help quickly, professionally, and had my privacy in their minds.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit to find the forum information. But once I did, things went smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to move my account from individual to family.

Rock solid, 5yr+ customer.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm more than happy to give these guys a few bucks a month to keep my passwords safe and accessible.
The apps are absolutely rock solid -I know I can depend on 1Password when in a crunch to get me login info within a few seconds. And the customer support team is very attentive, responsive and super willing to have normal conversations to fix problems -- no cut and paste replies, either; real people who seem to... actually care!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I've been a customer for 5+ years. I depend on 1Password, and they've never failed me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speedy access to passwords has allowed me to fully commit to a safe password practices - single-account passwords, randomly generated. I know I can depend on 1Password, and don't bother with struggling to remember the countless passwords I need to input on a weekly basis.
1Password Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything so organized and instantly available.
What do you dislike about the product?
that you cant bulk update logins with new passwords
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have over 887 passwords stored... I can't imagine keeping some sort of list of these or something. It saves me TONS of time
Probably the best Password manager out there...
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, multi-platform access, great on security, family and team plans, integration with Mac/iOS and browsers, Password suggestions, with multiple recipes, integration of 2FA (2nd Factor authentication). The watchtower service is also great (monitors data breaches, using https://haveibeenpwned.com/). Can also be used to store Software licenses, credit card/bank details (including alerts for when Cards are going to expire). Easily segregates personal vs company/team information. Checks for weak/reused passwords
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor niggles, namely: lack of consistency of integration with browsers - functions differently in Safari vs Firefox/Chrome... ruins Muscle memory !!! One feature I've seen other password managers use which I find quite useful: automating the change of password (the manager connects directly with the site and performs the change of password, without the user having to go through all of the steps)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating robust, different passwords for all sites and services, which can be easily shared across devices and with family or team members (with proper segregation of passwords depending on teams/people). autofill capabilities, including 2FA are great at saving time and hassle when accessing online resources, whether on mobile or desktop devices
Excellent product and support -- best in class password/secrets management
What do you like best about the product?
Support and product experience best in class. Used it personally for years, moved to using it for business when password and secret management got overwhelming. Significant improvement in security with better protection of secret data and passwords, as well as an improvement in password quality. Free family account is a super nice bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Really not a lot to complain about. Would prefer a jetbrains style hybrid ownership/subscription license but this is really picking nits. API access?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross company password and secrets management, for technical and non-technical secrets. Personal password and secret management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Forget the rest, 1pw is and has been the leader for years.
MacOS Client and iOS app never disappoint
What do you like best about the product?
I love that 1Password is easy enough to use that it's easy to get program compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never really been fond of the Chrome Extension, however, and generally find myself opening the Mac program rather than opening the Chrome extension when I need to look up or save a new login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of having a lot of random data that I need to remember for future use and accessible across platforms while having a limited amount of brain space to house them all. (I'm also solving the problem that I need to store sensitive information in a secure way).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're going to be writing any notes in programming code, remember to turn off the styling that renders those notes as though they are written in markdown if you do not want them to display in markdown.
Password manager always available with you
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is a program in which I store login data on Windows/MacOS systems. The software is a password manager, and a device that also controls access to the machine. Both logins used for software as well as for the Web will be kept online. In fact, the device is fitted with an embedded generator, automatically creating passwords for websites, e-mail boxes etc. The approach is very simple, because a person just has to remember the password for 1Password. Your info is well secured and in the "secure vault" you will feel free to store your financial records, identification documentation or even software licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered problems with the chrome plug-in functioning on MacOS but it was enough to reinstall it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With 1Password I can store my passwords in a secure online safe, which I can access from the device of my choice, so I don't have to worry about my data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1Password is a solution that makes it even safer to use the Internet by having a unique password
You need a password manager, and this one is great
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of integration and usage in all my browsers and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The age rating of 17+ in the iOS app store stops younger members of my family from getting the full benefit of the plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my logins on various different websites have their own long random password. It's hard to imagine what this has protected me from, but I am certain that it has done so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need a password manager. This one is excellent.
Great Technical Support
What do you like best about the product?
Dogged determination to solve my problem in a professional and courteous manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a thing so far. I'll let you know if any come up.

Managing passwords for over 200 sites.
