Overall pretty good, storing my passwords. But I really can't bare the speed
What do you like best about the product?
It has the most features, handle security of my passwords well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I hit short cut to open a window to fill in some passwords, it just takes forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep my passwords in one place with a stronger password I never use elsewhere
Great for multi-tasking multiple accounts
What do you like best about the product?
multi-account feature - being able to use 1password for both work and home.
What do you dislike about the product?
no way to edit web form details - some websites have extra fields that are needed during login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping all account logins across multiple platforms organized. increased efficiency
It's my go-to
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is reliable and easy to use, and it syncs seamlessly across all my devices. I like the confidence that the product gives me; I never need to worry about losing a password. I also love the ability to generate passwords or pass-phrases. The browser integration works really well too, as does the iOS integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a random username generator like that offered by LastPass. Of course, you can always use the free LastPass username generator on the web, so there's that...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reuse of passwords was a huge problem for me and my partner. Now that is no longer an issue as we are using random passwords/pass-phrases generated using 1Password. This has significantly reduced our attack surface, which gets better every time we update an old password with a new one. Knowing that we are unlikely to lose a password again is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a solid, reliable, easy-to-use password manager for macOS, look no further. Since we started using 1Password we no longer need to worry about losing passwords or reusing them. If you are not already using a password manager, you should be. It's not a question of IF you will be part of a breach, it's when. In fact, it's probably already happened.
Simple to use, easy to set up
What do you like best about the product?
I like the password generation feature, it makes it easy to make strong password. I also like the integration with biometrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's in browser experience is not the best on iOS, sometimes I will have to enter the master password twice to get email and password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to be way more secure with my passwords, every time I log into a service if I'm not already using 1Pass then I will reset password and put it in there.
Much better than LastPass
What do you like best about the product?
Works across all devices, the UI is simply much better than LastPass. Mobile version looks awesome, including Brave browser integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when generating new password for new services, multiple passwords are stored as "Chrome/Chromium" and after submitting the form, the password is resaved with proper website name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing passwords, accessing passwords across different devices, storing secret texts and other secret information. The benefit is simply secure storage with fast sync across devices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My first choice when it comes to storing passwords. Highly recommended.
We couldn't do business without it
What do you like best about the product?
No more remembering passwords. 1Password handles it all and let's our employees get on with the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit of a learning curve on when to add logins - ie not on a reset password page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees have upward of 30 logins each. Having to manage these centrally was not working - now they do it themselves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
look out for the reset password page - don't save this as a login it will cause problems.
Organizes and protects
What do you like best about the product?
1Password stores all my accounts, on all my devices, and fills in almost every login form for me
What do you dislike about the product?
1PasswordX looked like it might be the way to go but really it's a distraction from the native browser plugins. The password generator could be better integrated with login creation.

AgileBits is trusted by all the best security people I know to be keeping my details safe
Battle-Tested, best password manager. Major game-changer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What do you like best about the product?
Where do I begin? Intuitive and appealing design and aesthetic, on desktop and mobile (much more so that the competitors). Loaded with powerful yet simple-to-use features. Saves me (and the members of my company) tons of time and enhances our security massively.
In addition to my own company, I have shared 1Password with at least half a dozen other business owners. Once I gave them a video-walkthrough of the system and how I've calibrated it for my company, they converted from the password manager they were using to 1Password and have been in love ever since.
It's been a breeze getting 1Password setup on new devices since we have the freedom of backing up our account and swiftly accessing it on new mobile or desktop devices. And, the 'recovery' tool makes it easy for me to help my team get back into their accountant if they forget their master password.
We first started using 1Password in 2016 and it's been invaluable ever since. Couldn't imagine life without it. Seriously.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few times there were bugs in new updates that hurt the functioning of the tool. I reached out to customer service and received an answer fairly quickly. Overall, the 'good times' have far outweighed the 'bad times' during my 1Password experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses a lot of different software tools. Keeping track of logins is the bread and butter of the benefits we get from 1Password. We also use it easily share access to general logins with people on a team-by-team or department-by-department basis. The ability to set granular access levels/permissions is really valuable, too.
When it's time to off-board someone, I can have their access revoked in seconds. Love that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that, regardless of your business size, you make the (very reasonable) investment into 1Password. Even if you're a solopreneur. Sensitive information (password) security is vital, and 1Password does that and more. For anyone who uses tech of any kind in their company, you should consider a password manager app to be a necessary part of your tech stack. 1Password happens to be the best in its category.
Unbeatable Software and Service Combination
What do you like best about the product?
Ubiquity. I use it on Mac, Windows, Android, and Web.
They are responsive and publish frequent releases in response to user feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have used this product for several years and have been delighted to not only see that bugs are addressed quickly and with transparency, but the product continues to improve in substantial ways. As far as dislikes, I am still looking...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating and retrieving passwords was taking took long and stealing our productivity. 1Password gives me that time back via its auto-gen and fill-in capabilities. I can generate secure passwords and use them without ever having to type them or worry about forgetting them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare the longevity and commitment of the 1Password team, and product reviews, to those of any other product you consider.
Share securely!
What do you like best about the product?
1Password allows shared vaults as well as private vaults. My spouse and I have a vault for banking passwords, my business partner and I have a vault for business passwords, and I have private vaults for my personal passwords. Easy peasy.
I also love that my passwords and other private info are available to me on my phone, tablet, and computer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm quite happy with 1Password. Sometimes I've had issues getting the plugin to work properly on a web browser (but that's probably user error, and I can still easily copy and paste the info).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love not knowing what my passwords are! I only have to remember my master password: all the others are randomly generated for me by 1Password, and I don't ever even see them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up multiple vaults so you can keep personal information private while allowing everyone who needs it access to business information.
