Solid, reliable and secure password manager
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. I don't have to remember a multitude of complex passwords. I can share logins with family and colleagues easily. It integrates with browsers and apps in iOS and on my Mac.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. I manage multiple logins on our IT systems within the same domain. Sometimes I have to scroll through a long list of credentials to find the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an IT professional, I have literally hundreds of logins that I need 1Password to help me keep track of. It's been a tool that has served me well for about 10 years.
Makes my life easier, gives me confidence!
What do you like best about the product?
The auto-fill is very smooth. Two-factor autofill is an amazing help and lets me be more secure without slowing me down. The app is under constant development and fixes usually come fast. I can separate groups of passwords and share specific ones with my team. The speed and fluidity of the interface was already fast but still has improved over the course of my using it. You can add lots of other information which makes it great for web deign, as there are usually a lot of details that go with eg. a server instance. It tells you when your password has been breached or used multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. Having to enter my master password every day? I had an issue once with using several browsers but that was resolved fairly quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords with a team. Making login faster. Saving all my secret data like credit cards, bank stuff, software licences, encryption keys etc. I can keep all of our client's many logins in one place and make the passwords secure ones. It helps me generate strong passwords. I feel confident about our security with this app. It makes my life a lot easier!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very well polished and full featured app for password and credential management for individual or shared use.
Pretty much password perfection

- Finger print scan to unlock
- Browser and mobile app integration
- Autofills one time passwords into fields

What do you dislike about the product?
- 2 factor auth for business account delays me getting into my personal one by throwing a blank screen on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Shared credentials
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- Implement different vaults for each team in your org chart.
I can't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
1password is heavily integrated into our workflow. This makes it available whenever a password is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have thought long and hard for a few minutes and there is nothing specific that I dislike. Nothing at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much improved security.. Solves our password problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works,. you won't look back.
Manage secret information securely.
What do you like best about the product?
The incorporation of 1Password into macOS and iOS is very good, and the engineering team's transparency makes an impact, both in code and in the team behind all this. The capacity to sync with various different facilities provides you and your organization with a great deal of flexibility to meet your needs. To me free syncing that iCloud is working great, but the Cross Platform choices are Dropbox or 1Password's own software. 1Password is outstanding more than passwords safe. 2FA are supported, including safe notes with accessories, cards, accounts, travel documents and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The incorporation in applications does not really feel as smooth as the authentication functionality of most browsers, but this is more than supplied with additional functionality. Sometimes it's done as I don't anticipate when you browse the password filling interface (e.g. open the authentication website that I'm looking for rather than filling in or trying to copy the password into the clip board).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using 1Password to create and preserve passwords, the possibility of leakages from another online platform will dramatically reduce the risk of other accounts being compromised. The sharing of credentials between computers and other protected details always helped me when I had to repair it without being next to my machine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You just about certainly run greater risk than you could be when you aren't using 1Password or some other high-quality multifactor authentication.
1Password makes mixing business and pleasure a snap
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Private/Shared vaults, secure notes, and of course the easy of creating, storing, and using logins. The integration into iOS passwords is really great. I use this in my business role, side hustle and for personal logins. I highly recommend learning about and using the different features beyond login management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension has a few places that make the experience less great. I also don't like how often you have to re-enter your master password on a trusted computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a secure, unique login/password for all of my accounts without even having to think about it. Wrangling the disparate sets of logins for both business, personal and shared family logins is crazy hard today, and 1Password makes it easy,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn about the features beyond password/login management. Secure notes, wallet, etc.
1Password is indispensible
What do you like best about the product?
All of my secure data is in one place. Never do I need to scour email archives or documents looking for that one thing. It all goes into 1Password and I don't have to think about it again. I love that it tells me which passwords are duplicated, which might have been compromised, and which services I use allow for 2FA. Works on Windows, macOS, and Linux (mostly).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish smaller teams had better options for sharing passwords between people who are not in your . Sometimes I just want to share a single secret with someone. It's hard to do that securely.
Additionally, it seems like it's easy for passwords to get stored in a different vault. I find myself asking people "which vault did you store it in?" pretty frequently.
Finally, it would be excellent if 1Password had a "real" linux app. 1Password X is not a bad solution at all. If you're on Linux, you'll find yourself on more than one occasion having to open a browser window just to go find a password for a service that you're logging into somewhere else.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the secret information is in one place. It's secured. It syncs to all of my devices. It is one less thing that I have to think about. Also with tagging, it's easy to clean out after contracts are completed. I can search for a single tag and delete everything related to that tag.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you value quality and aren't simply looking for a free solution, I don't think you can beat 1Password. It's highly valuable and will save you far more time and trying to roll your own solution. Sure you might be a single person using it today, but what about tomorrow? 1Password will scale with you. It's worth every penny.
Best password manager. Period.
What do you like best about the product?
Safe password storage. Strong passwords generation. Easy 2 factor authentication. Native macOS and iOS apps. Web access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tricky to use on mobile, in my case mostly due to current iOS integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password storage, password generation, login to my accounts on every device I use, no need to even know my passwords, all passwords I use for my accounts are strong ones, easy 2 factor authentication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it and see if it works for you. I have been a customer and user for 10+ years and find it's the best password manager for me.
High-end password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Perfect user experience on most of the platforms, it's a joy to use it. Makes your digital environment not just secure but easier and more productive. Really nice and friendly customer support who care for their customers. All apps (both desktop and mobile) are really easy to understand and use also for non-tech people which is a big issue with other alternative password managers. Really enjoying using it in different devices of Apple ecosystem especially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concern before purchasing it was the price which we were able to negotiate through these issues with their representatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have selected it as a common password and secret managing platform in the company. It's been helping us a lot to share and organize different types of sensitive data across employees and teams. Active Directory integration have been really nice feature for us which helps to automate user provisioning and suspension in a centralized fashion.
United Franchise Group Embraces 1Password
What do you like best about the product?
We have really enjoyed pretty much all aspects of 1Password Business, if I had to select one thing it would be overall control of our passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to evangelize the application to less tech savvy people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control and overall centralization are the biggest issues we faced in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t second guess yourself, 1password is a fantastic app, made by fantastic people and should satisfy most if not all your password needs.
