What do you like best about the product?
I can use it on my computer or on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it keeps notifying you until you look at it, which is not always convenient. However, there is no way you can miss a message, so that is a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TigerConnect is solving the problem of HIPAA compliant messaging between our employees. We are able to send private messages very easily and quickly to any of our staff members.

App is easily downloaded and accessed. Creating accounts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Messages on tiger connect will disappear after only 30 days.

Ease of access for secure messaging that is HIPPA compliant. Easily accessible on phones

What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect is extremely user friendly.Our staff are more productive with the ease of IM via TigerConnect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negatives to say. Our experience has been positive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity was reduced by employees having to navigate through the office to communicate with other staff. TigerConnect made communications easy and accessible to reach their peers in a timely fashion.

I'd like to mark message as unread or respond to certain messages. Also, the messages disappear after 30 days, not long enough.

What do you like best about the product?
Tiger Connect is easy to use, so similar to regular texting and messaging, I have never had a user unable to learn it. It facilitates quick, effective communication amoung clinicians, schedulers, office staff, agency wide notifications, broadcast lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides. It is HIPAA secure, we can discuss patients freely. I would love to be able to delay delivery or schedule message delivery as a suggestion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clinicians are traveling home to home and Tiger Connect allows us to send messages, patient updates, schedule changes, agency wide notifications quickly and know they have seen the messages.
