What do you like best about the product?
The ease to which we can communicate between the patient, staff and medical provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flow is a little complicated until you get comfortable with the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to worry about patient privacy and it gives the patient confidence in our process.

What do you like best about the product?
Can access multiple hospitals at once for contact. Simple for hospitals to use. It is very reliable which is important when caring for critical access patients

I like everything about it. My nurses love it as well

The ability to send priority messages and broadcasts to my staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading delays with the phone application.

New to TigerConnect, but a good team

What do you like best about the product?
We are new to TigerConnect and are still building our templates. So far, the team has been responsive and very helpful. They were able to show us other residency programs so that we could get ideas of different ways to format it and balance the work to create schedules vs. end-user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a residency program, we have a complicated schedule with multiple different clinical sites and resident and faculty schedules that vary day -to-day which makes the build and view a little built more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not yet begun using this scheduling software.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use for end users. The texting platform is simmilar to many otthers out there, making users feel right at home right off the bat.

its very reliable, and support is always very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a time or two when they had a non-nogotiable upgrade pushed to desktops with little warning. That was frustrating. Otherwise, there are always small issues, but again, support form the corperation, and our account management team is always top notch so no complaints there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comunication on the clinical floors has imporoved so much with TigerConnect that most folks use it as their ONLY means of communication. No more phone calls, pages, etc.

TigerConnect Improves Efficiency and Control of Our Patient Approval Processes

What do you like best about the product?
Quick, easy communication with the direct peers needed to ensure timely, accurate decisions are made for client approvals. It helps avoid the "weeds" of overcommunication in emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't need all of the applications the Platform offers, but that is not that they are not useful for other organizations. Our basic need was effective communication outside of bogged down email accounts, and that is exactly what we use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email overload is a huge problem, gumming up processes and communication. TigerConnect allows specific team members, including at parternships, to collaborate efficienty together, without having to look through the clutter for specific messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like TigerConnect because it is very easy to use. It's pretty much like sending a normal text message. The platform is easy to navigate, etc. We used another vendor prior to TigerConnect and it was not user-friendly. We are happy at the ease of use of this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate urgent messages in a timely manner. Not texting patient information using non HIPAA compliant means. Care Managers can quickly reach who they need to communicate with.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful for staff to communicate with each other in an emergency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video chat feature is not robust enough, so we still use Teams. The scheduler does not work with the way that we schedule our staff. Hopefully, updates will be made to the feature down the line so we can utilize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly messaging coworkers in an emergency.
