What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about the SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform is its user-friendly interface and robust features. The platform’s ability to automate common tasks with RPA and manage unstructured data with cognitive automation is impressive. Additionally, its scalability and security measures provide peace of mind for projects of all sizes. Overall, SS&C Blue Prism is a reliable and efficient solution that improves simplicity and operational efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?

One of the hardest things for me about the SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform is setting up—it can be very difficult, especially if you’re new to this product. Plus, it takes time to learn all the features, especially if you don’t already know things like RPA.

Also, getting it to work on an older system that doesn’t have the latest tech can be a bit of a headache. And although they’ve got a lot of protection, the costs for small businesses can be a bit higher. Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but it has its cons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically it is helping big organisations free up Human Resources for other tasks while implementing RPA for mundane tasks which will help them grow to higher heights.
