What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is very intuitive and easy to learning every tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything at Blue Prism is en english, it is necessary to translate to other languages (spanish).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm automating many process for my company as customer registration and more. I've saved many time in this kind of process.

What do you like best about the product?
With Blue Prism software, it is possible to adapt the robotization needs of companies today, enabling them to train their employees without programming knowledge and form a digital area in an easy and intuitive way. Its interface enables fast learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
As in the rest of the tools related to RPA, it is necessary to translate it to other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue prism is allowing us to automating our company's processes relatively easily and open up to the market by offering development services.

An intuitive software to give way to digital transformation, now that you have online university is much more accessible

Grouping of Environmental Variable should be added so that its easy to manage like create folder or Group, Learning Blue Prism is difficult, Design can be more Easy,

I am doing Finance, HR and procurement automation. Its saving lot of business time also solving Complex problems with ease way.

One of the best RPA tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism offers a lots of features, but the best feature it offers it granularity - separation of process layer (which handles business logic) and object layers (which has logic to interact with application). Due to this it has became so much easier to deliver the processes right away as we can use multiple devs on one process. It further makes implementing change request so much easier, and believe me in RPA there are many CR's.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. But there is steep learning curve and inability to provide training makes it difficult for newer developers, especially because other tools provide recording features which a novice user can learn very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in consultancy, we solve quite a lots of problem here. From improving efficiency to cutting costs Blue Prism helps us solve many problem. Implementing automation can help individuals innovate and also help improve work life balance as we'll be cutting out the boring mundane task.

Easy to use interface -- project management style flows make it easy for those with little coding experience to create processes.
The dashboard provides a good view of current situation, especially if multiple users are using the account.

Win10 update means a lot of the current robots have some mapping issues - mainly with spyed objects.
Win10 update also seems to cause issues in folder navigation and uses of certain characters such as hyphens and quotations.

We are working through Win10 updates and making changes to our robots internally.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable feature for us was the orchestration of the workflow. The way you design the flow and configure the activities for the bot is very useful if you are working with any of the BPM or local platforms. It made it very easy for the developers to work with assets.An example of how this solution helped us is with our ticket creation process. When a client raises a ticket with us, we receive an attachment by email. We have to first read the content of the email and then the attachment. Next, we have to identify who the customer is, and based on that, we create a ticket and assign it to the appropriate team.By using the automation in Blue Prism, we have reduced the manual activities of somebody reading those emails, figuring out whose account it is, deciding where it should go, and creating the ticket. All of these activities are automated. BluePrism is having code stage which is really make this tool unique. In blue prism you can use vb.net code to automate your task. which is really best advantage for automation the large excel file. Blue Prism is having control room which help you to control your workflows and bot. Spying the ui elemate also easy in blue prism.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to use the Blue Prism studio components because we can develop the bot easily by drag and drop stages which are available in both object and process studio. if we don't know the functions of particular stages or VBO's we can learn by clicking in instruction icon (?) which is available in BP.
What do you dislike about the product?
In blue prism Surface automation is not stable. In older versions of blue prism there is only few functionalities are available to automate Outlook part.

I solved PDF encryption. using code stage i solved this part.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue prism is more secured tool compared with other RPA tools and also have lot of additional features like active work queues and security features and role based, process based accesses and credentials encryption scheme.
i strongly recommend blue prism have more security features towards customer data protection.

There is NO recording options like other tools and also Blue prism not providing Trail version software in partner portal also.PDF encryption and OCR features are limited.

While automating processes the benefits we got is high accuracy, high reliability and also high volume data we can processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best in this tool is user interface gives us easy access over the icon. While the automation starts working we can easily get to know where the process is processing using the workflow chart. We can analysis the automated process using dashboard chart. when we run the robo it will process in the background this will reduce processing time. Using Forum we can discusses with the professional and find the solutions for our doubts. Without having coding knowledge or background we learn it easily. There are lot of features is there to be used for a automation. As a beginner its easy to learn and work on this tool. even we can schedule the robo that has been implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no community edition to use and license is too cost. There is no screen recording feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the daily manual work that as defined steps to minimize the time. When we talk about benefits first thing, it will reduce the time consumes to the process and the gives absolute results. Problems which has no changes in the steps can be automate. Even for some process we can solve end to end process without human interventions. We can can get accurate results that expected without any errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In RPA, BP is one of the top most used tool at present. Just go for it if u want to automate your process seamlessly.

The drag and drop design makes it very simple to visualize your process.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to drag to each process element individually to link them, there isn't a whole lot of documentation to help out with, that I have to exit my objects to see them show up in my processes actions.

I'm automating simple little tasks that would take me unnecessary amounts of time.
