This app is a saviour
What do you like best about the product?
Is that it's all automatic. I don't have to remember to back up as it does it automatically periodically. I accidentally messed up a piece of code of my store but thankfully I could restore my store from a back up in this app. Saviour!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be a little more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I always have a back up in case I screw something up when designing my store.

Would not launch a new store without Rewind.

It's as simple as can be, nothing to dislike. It does what it says it will do!

Keeping my store and data backed up properly provides a peace of mind that is priceless.

I can't find any downsides to Rewind Backups.

Completely automized. No Brainer. Easy to use on restore.

Nothing. The product is for me complete.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be great if we could add features to backup application data from third parties like META DATA apps (I know this is likely not possible right now, but as a back burner item!)
The simplicity and the price is the key factor
What do you like best about the product?
Love how the app is built and easy restore options which are available, we have had some problems with our themes, it was easy to restore the entire version rather than selecting each on the liquid file. The price is very good for the amount of features and functionality. We have multiple e-commerce stores and we use this across all our businesses. If you are a shopify user and looking for a perfect backup software, then this is the right app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now to be honest, we have been using this for past 2 years now. All is well as of now. There is nothing to be changed, love the product as it is, No changes needed, keep up the good work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem we are solving with rewind backups is the backup and restoration. We used to have a separate developer to do this but thanks to rewind backups app - it is fully automated now.

If you are a shopify user and looking for a perfect backup software, then this is the right app.

It backs up everything so I don't have to worry about losing content and having to start all the way over!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and reassurance to know you've got a safe backup of most data you enter into a Shopify store. There are plenty of times where loss of data can happen and this just gives you ultimate peace of mind!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think MAYBE a free tier of sorts with some basic backup functionality? Sometimes it's hard to get clients who can't pay the fee on board - especially those with a low budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, problems where previously we couldn't really guarantee to a client that data would be safe on Shopify - we now have the peace of mind knowing we can fill this gap.

Literally nothing. Everything is simple and easy.

Having back ups in case something goes wrong is huge for me. And doing it effortlessly.
