What do you like best about the product?
I like that our consultant is always available to help us with anything that comes up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more control over accounts. Like changing passwords, creating accounts, or making adjustments to peoples accesses on my time without having to send an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launch metrics has an app that I really like, it makes it easier to use anywhere and anytime. I like that launchmetrics has an option to add photos, this helps when things are mislabeled, we can check LMS to reference the photo.
