An irreplaceable ally
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the fact that it is designed specifically for those involved in fashion luxury communication, intuitive and easy to use it allows me to manage numerous projects and activities with a significant time savings. The Samples, Contact and Events features are now irreplaceable for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the rates to be hardly unaffordable for independent freelancers, plus the Discovery section at this time gives the ability to independently generate only a few types of reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a lot of time in managing my database, and tracking various activities. I can be more productive and organized.

Unmatched Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Launchmetrics has automated our sample lending process and inventory managemant, saving me so much time by removing outdated manual practices that were used previously. Everyone from our customer success partner to the product managers and developers have been extremely open and responsive to feedback and willing to provide solutions to our unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features of the platform that we do wish were a bit more customizable to better fit our needs, especially in the Galleries platform such as filtering options in showrooms, custom fields for reporting/tracking, more inventory management offerings, etc. The team is always extremely grateful and eager to receive feedback and suggestions on platform improvement, however it does seem to be a rather long lead time to have most improvements rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launchmetrics is helping us digitize our sample library, creating a less manual, more automated and efficent send out process. This allows for better inventory management and sample tracking.
User friendly design with great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics has a simple and elegant design that has been incredibly user friendly compared to the software we used before. Their customer support team has been amazing throughout our integration and beyond. Now that we are completely up and running they are there for us any time we have any questions/comments/ concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is functionality of the software that we would have liked to customize to better fit our operation but we have been unable to because of restrictions within the platform. Things like being confined to a specific number of accounts and only being able to use iOS devices have been restricting to our operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the unique nature of our operation, it has taken us time to find a software that is customizable enough to fit our needs. Launchmetrics has worked with us over the course of months to ensure each portion of our operation is clearly defined and each individual need met. The benefit for our operation is having a system that seamlessly meets the needs for the wide array of users all working within the same platform.

Good event management tool, great support team!
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get used to the platform, it's very easy to use. It has a lot of different options and ways to categorise our guests to keep track of them before and after the events which is very practical for us. Also the customisation of the mailings is very easy to do.
The support team is super fast to answer, and our main point of contact, Federica Gavagna, extremely helpful and always makes herself available if we have questions, requests, etc. That has been great, as it has helped a great deal to ensure that our first try-outs with the tool went smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to have the option to have completely customised rsvp landing pages, so that there would be a visually connecting thread from the email invite into the rsvp page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a very good system to invite guests, keep track of those who rsvp'd and then check them in fast in our events with the QR code they recieve on the confirmation email.
Launchmetrics is a must-have tool for coordination
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and easy to use on a daily basis. Great tool to manage the requests and provide a better coordination worlwide. A big plus is Launchmetrics team that is very supportive and available to solve any issue on a short timing.

No available data on new media.

It would be perfect if the equipment can be provided directly by the editor (printers etc...)

We have been using Launchmetrics within our business for many years and every interaction with their team and support has been great! Federica has been especially helpful and consistent with her support and knowledge.

Helping our Press team handle samples and our Archivist keep track of collections that have been archived.
Launchmetrics is great for international media monitoring!
What do you like best about the product?
Especially compared to other providers, it's great that Launchmetrics also shows the image material of publications in print media and not only in form of numbers. The daily newsletters that you can create provides a good overview on a daily basis. Also the creation of monthly or quarterly reports is super and easy to generate on the platform.
Also the communication with our Senior Customer Success Manager is always very friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, no media from the sports sector were tracked, which is why we were missing many publications and corresponding figures. But Launchmetrics is working on it and integrates more and more media that are relevant for us.

Launchmetrics provides media monitoring on an international level, making figures and data more consistent and comparable.
