Very Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Quality of the scans and easy to use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish scans could come out as soon as articles are published, but I understand to get this quality of scans requires time as it is hand scanned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to scan a majority of articles myself for my weekly/monthly reporting, which saves a lot of time.
Very Helpful Platform with Exceptional Onboarding & Support
What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics is super helpful with our sample tracking, inter-departmental communication, request prioritization and exporting data such as monthly sample inventory counts for financial reporting. For us, as a fast-growing fashion startup, LM has brought a lot of centralization and order to an otherwise chaotic tug-of-war among departments for samples.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly wrong - if there's ever a glitch or an obstacle with user capabilities, the Launchmetrics team responds swiftly (Charlotte & Jasmine in particular) and adapts the system to suit our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LM solves the issue of not knowing the availability of a sample, the timing of different departments needing the samples and also provides transparency on alternative samples that could be used instead when unavailable. A lot of time has been saved as teams would historically have to ask at least 3 different people for the location, status and condition of each and every sample needed. Now all information can be checked in a matter of seconds without leaving one's desk.
Great tool for tracking press
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily pull press coverage from various regions to get a full scope of coverage. It is easy to look and compare different time frames and reports for month over month or year over year comparison.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social tracking is not as comprehensive as press and online tracking. For some smaller regions they are building their database of outlets to have fully comprehensive coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are building their database and always are available to answer questions. The customer service is great and they are willing to take your questions and find answers.
Launchmetics is the bread and butter of PR.
What do you like best about the product?
The Launchmetrics team is accommodating and highly reliable. GPS is getting easier to use and I teach all the interns and help my peers with what I've been taught.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot create sub-categories e.g. if a brand has other stockists we have to create multiple designers to input so, it looks a little messy.

Captures all traditional media so our team doesnt have to monitor.

The Best PR Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics is essential to our team's success. From sample trafficking to the Insights + Data functions, it's a PR dream. The platform is easy to use and reps are insightful, kind, and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like about the platform, though I do wish pulling competitor reports was easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily coverage newsletters help monitor coverage, clipping function + metrics help with reporting, GPS helps with sample management.
Best system to track samples
What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics is a very straightforward system, simple to use and manage. The layout helps the user understand the system's functions without too much training. It massively helps reduce sample loss and implement sample trafficking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Launchmetrics physical barcodes sometimes can be ripped off or fall off; LM should have a different sticker's material so every fabric's sample can be labelled (for example, cashmere, wool, sheer, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launchmetrics helps reduce sample loss, especially in luxury brands where samples, showroom, and PR teams manage more than 1000 samples per season. On Launchmetrics, you can add lots of information regarding each piece, which helps the team locate and identify old models or specific Runway looks/samples. When using the audit function, you can keep track of all your inventories and ensure all pieces are available and traceable.
LaunchMetrics Makes Sample Tracking A Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics is the best tool for sample tracking and management, especially in the fashion industry! It is user-friendly and easy to comprehend (thanks to the one-on-one trainings they provide). I would definitely recommend the platform a friend or colleauge!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot of steps for Samples and it can be difficult to understand at first, but the software training was super beneficial to learning the ins and outs of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launcmetrics is helping me upload our showroom inventory in minutes, keeping track of samples and their status, and seeing what product is mostly requested based off the reports they provide.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in sending an email out through the platform in lieu of our own email addresses, and having it track / pull RSVP reports. I haven't used any other platform in the past, but we've always used Launchmetrics and will continue to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple steps when working with the platform and while you get the hang of it, it can get tedious. Also do not like that emails get sent to spam or blocked by certain servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out RSVP's, handling seating for our NYFW shows, and facilitating check-in onsite and pulling the RSVP reports. It streamlines everything for our teams.
