Excellent !! The best inventory management service any company can have.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the consistency of the software used to track my samples seasonally on a day-to-day basis. I can trust the program will track my inventory seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say I have found a dislike or unfond of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it's tracking my entire inventory of 50K+ samples for the entire company and being able to track them while they are on loan at all times for every season in the year.

User friendly tool with precious insights
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very intuitive from a user perspective. You can get a lot of information very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comparing data is sometimes difficult, it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of selecting countries when doing reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will make your life easier when doing reports and newsletters. You can create interesting analysis and be always updated on what your competitors are doing and how they are performing.

Very useful software, not really cost effective as a pricing.

The opportunity to trace movement item level.

Since the capabilities are strictly used for samples the price is considered high.

Sample tracking, we can now have a full view of the item where they are where they've been moved.

I like the graphic layout, that it has good reach

not so easy to use, sometimes loses stuff (even from known magazines)

We use Discover a lot, the newsletter is really helpful

not sure we don't like anything about Discover

Recently we have resolved some issues between Discover and Insights platform - that they are two absolutely different platforms but so interconnected at some point.
