Not able to login to the AWS IPv4 DNS

I am not able to log in to the Public IPv4 DNS. It's always throwing me this error - "To log in to this site, your browser must accept cookies from the domain ec2-54-147-185-191.compute-1.amazonaws.com. ". I have tried in multiple browser.

The issue happens when the browser is configured to reject/block all the cookies. That action prevents the user from logging in. In that sense, if they are required cookies, perhaps you should accept them. It is not a behaviour that we can change on the product.
