It's the little things that count....
What do you like best about the product?
While Sprout handles all of the traditional things you'd want in a social management platform, there are two smaller/less prominent features I like the most compared to other platforms I've used in the past.
1. The posting queue is great for things that need to go out but not at an exact day or time. Sprout optimizes when that should get posted (and its different per channel), and even gives you suggested optimal times for things that do need a certain day. That alone has helped us see an increase in metrics in the first 4 months.
2. The listening feature - specifically on reddit. Our community is very active on Reddit and having something that notifies us of mentions and key terms is a game changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing at this point I "dislike". Any complains I'd have are more about the depth of the product and me not knowing my way around. I know they have good trainings too that I've glanced at for quick help, but nothing really. It took us a minute to figure out to connect somethings, but again, it was more of just trying to figure out where to go then anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved efficiency across our team members that handle social - posting, reviews/approvals, listening, responding, metrics, etc. All of it just became easier once we moved to Sprout.
