What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout is essentially a one stop shop. We're able to meet our social media scheduling and listening needs as well as integrate our customer service strategy. It has helped streamline many processes for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout does provide connectivity to many social accounts. As we are growing and getting bigger it is becoming limiting in the number of accounts we can connect to. Especially with the social listening, I wish there was room for more categories, keywords, etc. to track at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is providing detailed data on our organic social strategy. The social listening tool is also helping us get ahead of what people are saying and pass feedback along to the appropriate teams internally, as well as help us work with individuals who are already sharing about us.
