What do you like best about the product?
One new thing I really like about HighRadius Accounts Receivables is its improved predictive analytics and intelligent automation capabilities. The platform not only automates routine AR tasks but also provides smarter insights into customer payment behavior, helping teams prioritize collections more effectively. Its dashboards and real-time reporting features make it easier to track cash flow, identify risks early, and make faster financial decisions. Additionally, the seamless integration with ERP systems improves overall workflow efficiency and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
HighRadius Accounts Receivables could improve by making the user interface more intuitive and beginner-friendly. While the platform is powerful, some features and workflows can feel complex during the initial setup and onboarding process. Improving customization options, simplifying navigation, and providing more guided in-app support or tutorials would help new users adapt more quickly and enhance the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius Accounts Receivable helps address major challenges tied to manual AR processes, delayed payments, and limited visibility into cash flow. It makes it easier to manage receivables by reducing reliance on manual work and improving overall insight into what’s coming in and when.

Easy Visibility Into Open Bills, Credits, and Statements—Saves Us Time

What do you like best about the product?
We use HighRadius in the capacity of being the client paying the invoices. High Radius makes it very easy to see all our open bills, credit memos, and current statements. It saves a ton of time by reducing or totally negating the back and forth with our vendors over whether or not something has been paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that it makes me reset my password quite often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a ton of time because customers can pay their invoices online, schedule future payments or sign up for auto pay, and all their bills and documentation are self-service.

Streamlined Collections with Effective Automation

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way HighRadius Accounts Receivables prioritizes the work list so that most of my tasks are handled automatically. This automation means that tasks are completed without collectors needing to intervene manually, which is the feature I appreciate the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think most of the enhancements could be in the area of more real-time data reporting and easier resolution of administrative tasks by customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlined my collections process, account assignment for the collectors, and planning management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation features the most. It reduces manual work in cash application, collections, and deductions. The dashboards give clear visibility into outstanding invoices and help improve cash flow. It makes daily AR tasks more organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes complex cases still need manual handling. The system can feel slow when working with large amounts of data. Implementation and customization may also take time. Improving speed and flexibility would make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius Accounts Receivables helps reduce manual work across cash application, collections, and dispute management. It addresses common problems such as delayed payment matching, limited visibility into outstanding invoices, and an overreliance on spreadsheets. With automation and clear dashboards, it improves accuracy, saves time, and makes it easier to track aging and manage follow-ups more consistently. For me, this translates into higher productivity, fewer errors, and better overall cash flow management.

Versatile Tool but Connectivity and Support Issues

What do you like best about the product?
HighRadius Accounts Receivables is pretty versatile in how you can set up your collection strategy and manage workflow. I like the ease of managing the workflow and assigning different account responsibilities to a collector. It helps in providing collection analytics by collector/area to better track KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity to our central ERP (SAP) broke frequently and customer service was often very slow. Trying to communicate with them during the process wasn't simple either. Even changing the most minor thing in HighRadius Accounts Receivables was an issue if HighRadius had to be involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius Accounts Receivables is versatile in setting up collection strategies and managing workflows. It stores customer contacts, helps with information flow between collectors and customers, and provides collection analytics by area or collector to better track KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation of the mundane tasks in HighRadius Accounts Receivables. It will automatically send out reminders so the little accounts don't get forgotten. I'm really looking forward to having better visibility and improving the small stuff.

I use HighRadius Accounts Receivables to get better 'touches' for smaller customers, improve visibility, and automate mundane tasks. It helps ensure the little accounts don't get forgotten by automatically sending reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
Worklist prioritisation is super useful as is the statement automation which has increased our ledger coverage.
Integration was relatively straight forward

Resolution of tickets can be slower than we'd like especially when they are repeated issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual statements no longer an issue so we are reaching more customers. Email templates are good as they save user times. Sending invoices is more streamlines
