Intuitive, Efficient, and Seamlessly Integrated—A Game-Changer for AR Management

What do you like best about the product?
The product is intuitive and easy to learn, requiring no specialized expertise to navigate through its
modules efficiently. My favorite feature is that our customers can access their invoices and process payment without having to contact us. I also like the way this system is able to automate and track correspondences on each customer and that information is visible to everyone on the team which helps us keep from duplicating collection efforts. The customer support team is also extremely prompt and responsive when we encounter the occasional issue. Implementation of the product was the fastest we have ever implemented anything in my 26 years with our company, and this product integrated easily with our financial system. My team uses this program all day everyday and it has streamlined our Accounts Receivables process and has eliminated system silos and manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the product offers strong functionality overall, there are a few areas where improvements would enhance usability and efficiency: Integration Timing - System integrations currently operate through batch processing rather than real-time updates, which can delay data synchronization across platforms. Email Management - The email inbox requires manual monitoring to associate responses with the correct customer accounts, adding extra administration effort. Documentation Limitations - Users are unable to attach supporting documents within the cash application module to record non-AR invoice deposits, limiting documentation accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue was that we could not confirm that our customers were receiving the initial invoice. We now reach 99% of our customers through email communications, and follow-up actions related to collections have dropped from 98% to 1%. Requests for invoice copies have nearly been eliminated. Before implementing this product, our team faced significant inefficiencies in customer communication and payment processes. We were manually contacting customers, relying primarily on mailed correspondence - printing over 3,000 past-due notices each month without attaching invoices. This approach led to approximately 2,000 email responses monthly requesting invoice copies. Compounding the issue, many customers were not receiving the original invoices from the billing department, and we had no visibility into this problem. Furthermore, customers consistently requested an online payment option and the ability to set up automatic payments to simplify their payables processes. This product has solved all of those issues almost overnight.

Automates Communication, User-Friendly Interface

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HighRadius Accounts Receivables stores communications in the customer accounts, which helps us keep track of everything even if someone leaves the company, and I appreciate how user-friendly the system is because it's easy to navigate even without much experience. I also find the AI tools and automated communications incredibly helpful, as they allow us to manage smaller customers that we never had time to work on before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email inbox still has room for improvement. It would be helpful if email population based on prior communication worked more like Outlook. Currently, HighRadius only completes emails if the contact is in the account, but we have many contacts not stored to specific accounts. Having this feature would save a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HighRadius Accounts Receivables to automate worklists and customer account management. It helps us never lose communication with customers and is user-friendly, allowing easy navigation. The AI tools automate communications, helping us manage smaller customers effectively.

Great Auto-Matching and Reporting, Promising Start for New Users

What do you like best about the product?
The auto-matching of the payment to the invoice. The reporting and dashboard feature sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything at this juncture as a new user that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating hard check checks into digital processing, eliminating some task based processing by employees. This is a more accurate method and provides any exceptions to work easily through the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboards, automated correspondence, and automated transcription that HighRadius Accounts Receivables offers. These features make KPI measurement and tracking easier and help our team become more efficient. The automation for cash application is a great help along with a clean portal to manage the manual component.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with automated correspondence not being sent if a certain day of the month falls on a weekend. It happened 2 or 3 times this year. We hope the fix is now permanent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius Accounts Receivables automates prioritization, follow-ups, and cash applications, boosting analyst effectiveness. The customer portal and payment solutions enhance invoicing efficiency. Dashboards and automated transcription simplify KPI tracking, increasing team efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
HighRadius has significantly streamlined our entire Accounts Receivable (AR) process through the organization. The automated cash application, intuitive dashboards, and AI-driven collection workflows have reduced manual effort drastically.The best part is the accuracy of the cash-application engine, it matches payments flawlessly with very minimal human intervention. Great software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We felt that some advanced reports require customization support from the HighRadius team. The initial onboarding can also feel a bit complex because of the number of configuration options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius has helped us reduce our DSO, improve collections efficiency, and eliminate a lot of manual reconciliation work. Overall, it has boosted team productivity and given us real-time visibility into our AR health.

What do you like best about the product?
The visuals are pleasing to the eye, easy to follow, and provide enough information to successfully apply cash. The research tools are well designed, and the monthly reports are simple to find, and use. We have business partners that meet with us monthly, and they are phenomenal. They listen to us, and respond in a timely fashion, helping resolve any questions or concerns that we may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that there is not a downside that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High Radius does an impeccable job of reading remittances that come in from the customer and auto applies that information. This reduces the amount of time it takes to apply payments. High Radius also allows us to create our own remittances and send it into the system when the customer may not send one. This allows us to not have to apply payments manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HighRadius Accounts Receivables effective in applying cash effectively, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention through its impressive auto matching rate (AMR). The capability to flag exceptions, create hi-fi tickets, and resolve them is going well for us. The seamless integration with our existing systems like Workday is another highlight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that HighRadius Accounts Receivables doesn't deliver auto MIS or auto reports to management who don't have the Hiretius license but are still key decision makers and need access to information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HighRadius effective for applying cash, reducing manual intervention with auto matching rates and enabling exception management through ticketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HighRadius has been a customizable platform for us to apply payments. We have a very large volume of line items received daily, so having a reliable resource that matches remittances and correctly applies the payments is extremely helpful for us. I like how the platform tries to predict what actions need to be taken, such as matching a remittance it thinks may be suited for the payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a weakness of the system is the inability to read non-traditional remittance formats, which can understandably be difficult but it's something that can hinder our match percentages drastically. I also think that due to our large volume of payments and remittances, this can slow down the website when it comes to searching past payments or searching for a remittance on the remittance linking page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of majority of payments is a huge benefit for OTR. Before using HighRadius, we were automating less than 20% of payments daily, while we are currently over 70% automation. This has freed up time for the team to pursue other responsibilities instead of manual payment application. HighRadius also fixed the issue of allowing for transparency, specifically regarding the history of a payment and what actions were taken on the payment, as well as transparency with access to our payments that the rest of the company can see. Previously, my team was the only people allowed to have access to see our received payments, but now we have view only roles for others in the company to allow them to research payments which increases the overall efficiency of the departments that are involved in seeing payment transactions.
