Processing deduction claims has become faster and now doubles my daily transaction volume
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for HighRadius Accounts Payable is processing deductions and clearing claims for the client.
For processing deductions or clearing claims, I look for the claim or the deduction claim on HighRadius Accounts Payable, then open it to record the correct reason codes, attach backup documentation, and clear the claim or process it so that it turns zero.
HighRadius Accounts Payable is an application where we can communicate or transfer items from our side to the other side of processors.
What is most valuable?
The best features HighRadius Accounts Payable offers are its user-friendliness and speed. I can navigate the application smoothly, and it is very fast, which makes it excellent for the user.
What makes HighRadius Accounts Payable user-friendly for me is that the interface is very smooth and easy to navigate. Because I have been using it for four years, it is easy to train someone new in terms of the interface of the system.
HighRadius Accounts Payable has impacted my organization positively. Before we were in a different program or application, but when we transferred to HighRadius Accounts Payable, it was smoother, and the transactions we do are much faster because of the interface.
Since switching to HighRadius Accounts Payable, I can share that before, we could only process 30 items in Siebel because of the lags, but in HighRadius Accounts Payable, we can process 60 items or deduction claims.
What needs improvement?
I think HighRadius Accounts Payable can be improved in the cut-off time or the cut-off timing because I think they are linked to the SAP system, so we have a cut-off time in HighRadius Accounts Payable when clearing a deduction.
Regarding the needed improvements in integration, the automated pulling of files or the time when you will pull the file is limited to three reports, so that could be better.
Many more updates or improvements can be made.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working in my current field for around six years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
HighRadius Accounts Payable is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
HighRadius Accounts Payable's scalability is good.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support for HighRadius Accounts Payable is good. I would rate the customer support a nine on a scale of one to ten.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used Siebel or Oracle, but we switched. I do not know why we switched, but it was the company's decision or the client's decision.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I did not evaluate other options before choosing HighRadius Accounts Payable because it was the client's decision.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using HighRadius Accounts Payable is that I think it is good. Just keep in mind that HighRadius Accounts Payable has a cut-off, but the interface is great and very user-friendly. I would rate this review an eight out of ten.
Powerful AR Automation and Analytics, but Complex to Implement and Configure
Another strong point is the scalability. It works well for enterprises handling large invoice volumes across multiple regions and ERPs, while still giving detailed analytics around collections efficiency, disputes, and customer payment behavior. The integration with SAP and Oracle ecosystems is also a big advantage for large organizations.
Another challenge is that some users feel the UI and reporting experience can become overwhelming because of the number of modules, dashboards, and configurations available. For smaller teams, the platform may feel heavier than necessary for basic AR operations.
The platform automates a large part of these workflows using centralized dashboards and AI-based prioritization. This improves collection efficiency, reduces DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and gives better forecasting visibility. From a user perspective, it saves operational time, reduces human errors, and allows teams to focus more on exception handling and decision-making instead of repetitive manual tasks.
