An application that has never failed us
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of HighRadius is that it streamlines administrative work in A/R processes, allowing teams to devote more time to higher-value activities such as making strategic decisions. With the assistance of artificial intelligence, autonomous software can predict when payments will be late, or disputes will be without merit, thereby assisting the A/R department in making more informed decisions. Teams in charge of operations can see in real-time which customers should be contacted first and in what order, based on the perceived level of risk associated with each customer. This allows for much greater efficiency and accuracy overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to HighRadius is that I don't have enough time to start file transfers for same-day cash posting. With an actual transfer, it all depends on who is making the payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HighRadius Receivables Automation Suite can help your business reduce its daily processing time for receivables by a substantial amount. The possibility of human error is eliminated when daily batch receipts and bank deposits can be reconciled automatically.

Fantastic Accounts Receivable Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Automated past due notices, ticketing system, area for notes
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very customizable. HighRadius wants you to change your methods to fit their system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up the collection process and making data available for all within the department.
Daily High radius user
What do you like best about the product?
The basic level of matching for our customer payments allows very useful automation. We have also used Configuration Changes for more complex mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation does not match properly due to the quality of the content on check images. Manual review is required and cannot be eliminated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a multiple entity company, we can properly manage our bank files in one location.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HighRadius is its ability to make our collection efforts more efficient, allowing us to put our time into other key areas. I also like the analytic tab. It is very helpful as well and has been used as a benchmark.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Collections team handles customer credit too. What would be more helpful for us specifically would be in there were credit features within the collections module as well, versus as a standalone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our collection notes on customer invoices are entered in HighRadius and posted into our ERP system overnight. At times, we do not have a 100% success right in which not all notes load into the ERP system. HighRadius is working on solving this so these issues do not continue to happen.
Great for having everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of High Radius is having everything in the one place, to be able to see the credit hold status, open AR and invoices altogether. Previously I could see open AR in SAP but then have to switch if I wanted to view the invoice to see the products and then change again to see if the account is on credit hold or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike is sometimes it can take a while to load an account and to save notes. Compared to SAP which is less than a second, this could take to up 10 seconds sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, I would spend a lot of my time typing out emails requesting payment and have to delve into the account to find who the recipient should be, however with the function of the auto emails and the templated all built in, this has greatly reduced my workload and allows me to focus on different things.
HighRadius is a fantastic tool for managing accounts and collections
What do you like best about the product?
HighRadius is a fantastic accounts receivable management software that has assisted our company in managing invoices and payments. The software is simple and has many valuable features, such as creating custom reports, setting up recurring payments, and tracking expenses. We have been using HighRadius software for a few months now, which is extremely useful in keeping our finances organized and updated. HighRadius provides excellent customer service and an easy-to-use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
We frequently encountered issues importing data while using HighRadius.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By automating the accounts receivable and collection processes, HighRadius solves the problem. It frees up time I would otherwise spend on manual tasks, allowing me to focus on other aspects of my job.
HighRadius as a application handles most business functionality in a user friendly way.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and grasp and work with. Multiple complex functionalities can be broken down to simple functions with ease to grasp and project. the ease of UI and its integration with other ERP/cloud services are effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other services including ERP, DB, and Services can be a bit more improved as we feel sometimes the data flows from HighRadius to other systems are complex and time-consuming with multiple investments/technologies involved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of users scattered across multiple locations sharing a common functionlaity can be solved using HighRadius. Mapping them to certain classifications and using them to further classify and group functionalities dissects the complexity and presents in a easy to understand flow.
HIGHLY EFFICIENT!
What do you like best about the product?
The collections cloud is user-friendly. As long as you understand the features it is fairly easy to use. This product has made it a lot easier for us to maintain collection efforts with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few tweaks need to be made. Which are currently in the works with the HighFive team. Also, would like for support to be available PST time. The latest they are available is 7 AM which is a bit too early for us in California.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR has helped us with our collections efforts. Easy to send reminders, set P2P's, send and receive correspondences.

Take the time to learn the software. I more you know and understand, the easier it is to use.

It makes work easier, it makes processes faster and is helpful to smoothen the processes

there is not a lot that is not helpful. It is needed to use IT tools for efficient processes. And in that Highradius is really helpful

Makes posting of bank accounts a lot easier. Automation rate is up to 80-90 % which saves a lot of time and money

What do you like best about the product?
High Radius is user friendly, and the speed that the program calculates information is great. We currently use Cash Appliation and POD/Claim Managemnet and Deductions Maintenace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The High 5 portal for opening tickets concerning issues with High Radius is cumbersome to deal with. You go to the High Five portal and create a ticket and then when a response is sent via email, you must go back and open High Five and find the original ticket to respond. You cannot reply to the email. This is is time consuming and frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By bringing in our bank payments allowing us to perform exception handling and them send them to our company software to post it has allowed one person to do it 4 hours what it was taking two people 8 hours a piece to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The High Radius team is very knowledgeable and helpful. The more information that you provide to them the more they will be able to assist you. They think outside of the box and help you to do the same.
