What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly that it is. And that it creates reports from the lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some features stopped working when a new update occurred for our company's HRC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still working with HRC into helping us substring remits with one specific. Revenue stream.
The products that High Radius offers are excellent.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the helpfulness the programs provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a detachment between HR field workers and support.

Saves time from data entry tasks.
Efficiency in collections
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is friendly and functional. Analytics are poweful and efficient to use. The ability to schedule reporting is a plus. Our collectors have been able to improve their total output and efficiency over the last year. They can now focus on more value added tasks while improving collection KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some challenges with some of the analytics reports. The challenges are mainly due to our month-end close billing schedule vs when HighRadius takes the period snapshot for some of the KPI reports.

Collector efficiency and customer coorespondence.

It gives me a daily work list and sends notices to my clients automatically.

Not much for a down side. I like the product.

It is easy for the AR team to use. All the data they need in one saving them time and reducing the receivables

Integrations. Difficult to figure out the integrations as an admin

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to configure your accounts based off the queue you are needing to work. Being able send dunning notices across all accounts.

The process with getting issues resolved when it's not functioning properly.

HighRadius helps provide specialist a start when working account by providing a worklist.
