Love using Swagger Hub and Swagger
What do you like best about the product?
Building my API and exposing the swagger file to be used, and using swagger inside my API

learning Curve if you have never used it before

What do you like best about the product?
Swaggerhub is the zenith el primero of the API Documentation Creation Process . The best thing I like about it is the Simple and Interactive User Interface and how easily it integrates with GitHub and other API Getaways.

Documentation is not very well defined / organised

Personally I deal with a lot of API and Integrations

If your projects are in the API domain then trying out the Swagger Hub Software is really very highly recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
Swagger hub is basically used to create a api documentation which will tell each and every details of an api for example what are the path or query parameters available? And if there is a body so what variables needs to be send.
If there is an options so all the available options available for the api.
It has some yaml kind of file where we can write our api and this will help to the newly onboarded or newly user who wants to used it.

My projects were generally in go and couldn't find any problem with swagger yet

While handing over all the api to the client I used this swagger hib to create proper documentation of it.

best way to test and document your REST api
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy-to-use and seamless integration with OpenAPI standards make it the best testing and documentation tool for your backend REST APIs. It integrates with your code with minimal configuration and provides a good UI tool to evaluate and visualize your APIs. It also provides the curl request it forms while testing

It lacks sample and dummy requests which can improve the performance further

we use it as a documentation and test tool for our backend apis

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about swagger is it's not specific to the tool. There is also an editor that is very helpful in finding the root cause of the issues in the documentation on our YAML/JSON file.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to work with testing of APIs which accept formdata as parameters. There is no third-party integration available. It would be better if we get some export option of all our API collection in some word/pdf document.

As a developer, i have implemented so many APIs as a part of the requirement, and to sharing the details of the API I have created, swagger is best to deal with API testing and to share the info with the users who all are going to use those API's.

It has a very simple and easy-to-use user interface.
Very easy to configure. We can easily verify what input/output parameter API is expecting.

Swagger is the standard documentation method of RESTful services, and it's become accepted even by some legacy tools as the way to integrate with REST

Nothing at all, there are no downsides for using Swagger

Documentation has always been a pain for developers. Swagger helps you write self-documeting services that look great to users and make integration much easier

What do you like best about the product?
The swagger hub is helpful in many aspects. the best of best in my opinion is support to any specification that belongs to open API spec & the ability to generate quick reliable documentation for our APIs which can later be shared with anyone

At the moment I don't see any drawback of the Swaggerhub. it takes a bit of time to set up our projects. but the advantages it brings are countless

As a software development organization, we deal with tons of APIs and Integrations. in fact enterprise integrations are one of our specializations. Therefore using a tool like swagger is adding a lot of values managing and documenting a technicalities
