Jatheon just works!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does the email archiving solution works as initially proposed, but the deployment was also effortless, and the support post-sale is fantastic. I have been around several solutions in the past that required a lot more know-how to use, deploy and manage, plus confusing interfaces along with really lacking support. Not the case with Jatheon at all. Everything works easily, and the interface is simple to navigate, and the solution delivers blazing-fast results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all to dislike. The product and support are fantastic. They have a customer for life without question!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to deploy a client-less solution to my geographically disbursed workforce across the US, which makes installing anything to user machines at times, a problem to work out on multiple webex/teams meetings. With Jatheon working at the domain level, None of that is needed, and the service is working as I needed it to effortlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend giving Jatheon SERIOUS consideration when looking at Email archiving providers for your organization.
