Brilliant service
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to setup, configure and make on-the-fly changes and has dramatically improved the search experience for our customers and staff trying to find products and articles on our website

Nothing to dislike. It's amazing! Nothing more I can add
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The search logic that I personally developed was very basic, didn't understand plurals, spelling mistakes and was slow. Algolia has solved all of this.
The best search service provider
What do you like best about the product?
Algolia provides a full full-text search service. Beside other search technologies that require an infrastructure, Algolia has everything ready to be used. You only have to define the content, and the rest of the solutions "just works" instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is great from everything possible angle. You have widgets and libraries to cover everything you can ask and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented Algolia in our sites and we are also selling extensions for Joomla based on Algolia. We are currently integrating Algolia on sites based on the idea of promoting Instant Search and Autocompletion for Sites. We are developing connectors for Algolia. No more complications than the connector configuration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The pricing is always a concern for most clients. However, under our perspective, Algolia is very convenient. You can forget about the search infrastructure and empower your site on Algolia. It works everywhere and 7x24. An excellent search engine is priceless. On top of this, Algolia's free tier can meet the requirement of most small sites and business.
The Best Search Platform Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Alogolia is the ease of setting up and using. They have ready integrations with all major platforms. We were up and running with Algolia within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are outages without a prior notice and the whole website breaks if not handled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having more than 7000 products on our e-commerce store, the most critical feature is searchability of products and with Algolia this is effortless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Algolia works out of the box with most use cases. In case some customization is required, it can be done via APIs.
Easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to implement their APIs for both front-end and back-end services. It's so much easier to use them as a service rather than starting up a custom search tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still on a legacy plan and the new pricing isn't as good as the plan we currently have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a radio station and we now have the ability to let listeners find what song they heard! Most people really only remember a few words of a song and being able to index lyrics and titles makes finding that song so much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
We moved from Google Internal Search to Sajari about a year ago. I loved the ease of implementation first of all and, subsequently found that the license I had could be used across two of the web properties I own / manage. Reporting is good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Solid solution which does what it says on the tin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have around a million words of content on our site - depth on any subject a visitor could be interested in. Sajari helps us expose that to users and I don't have to think about it.
Easiest and fastest search engine
What do you like best about the product?
We are using a custom Laravel Application and the Integration was very easy. The service is so fast we can't imagine how Algolia can do it.

I really don't find anything to dislike. It works as expected.

Features and performance. Makes the site look professional with almost instant results comparable to Google, highlighting.

Algolia makes search easy
What do you like best about the product?
No real set up from a dev perspective and is incredibly fast. The apis and tools make for real ease of integration with very little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is steep as the number of documents and collections increase. The initial design was kind of ugly but since then the improvements have been consistent and nice to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The search we run is lightning fast and reliable. The cost to integrate into our app is incredibly low.
Best decision we made!
What do you like best about the product?
Algolia is fast, reliable and super easy to work with. Instead of spending lots of resources on implementing our own elastic search, we decided to go with Algolia. We never looked back.

There are some limitations on the record size and facet size but nothing major.
