Sysdig Secure: Enabling Exceptional Cloud and Container Posture
What do you like best about the product?
SYSDIG CNAPP is a great value add tool for our organisations over, it helps to find vulnerable packages, images, cloud and container posture and runtime scanning. Overall UI and console added fruitful information to the ISMS cycle and helped to complete the compliance requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there is nothing that we as an organization don't like about the Product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sysdig helped our ISMS by identification those vulnerabilities and misconfigurations that are hidden in the containers and docker pods. We are unable to find it through other Vulnerability Management/ Assessment tools. It helped in CSPM, and their UI is catchy and user friendly.

resource-intensive, might be observe occasional performance lags during large-scale scans. Pricy for smaller teams or organizations with limited budgets.

Sysdig secure is a powerful and onestop solutions for Cloud Security, Container Security, Real Time Threat Detection & Protection, no limit on CICD int, no limit for Registry int, CSPM and Risk based vulnerability management solutions.
Customization in policy and complete automated shift left approach for Devsecops and forensics capabilities are just awesome to have.
The new user-level compromised tags and investigation features are especially impressive. They provide clear, actionable insights that help us prioritize and address risks with ease. Tackling complex cloud security challenges now feels much more manageable, and we’re able to stay proactive and secure with confidence.

Unified visibility across multicloud environments, Kubernetes cluster monitoring, and DevOps pipeline security—bringing container protection into a single platform. With seamless integration into AWS and Azure, we gain accurate asset visibility, real-time runtime threat detection, and actionable remediation guidance through Sysdig Sage AI, all while maintaining compliance at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agentless Windows VM scanning is currently not available. Agent-based scanning is supported only for Windows Server 2019 and 2022.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to introduce runtime security in our EKS and AKS clusters. Now, we’re not only able to detect and prevent malicious activity, but also manage vulnerabilities for both hosts and containers in real time.

It's event and incident detection capabilities, along with automated prevention function and streamlining incident triage and delivering effective remediation strategies and awsome response time from customer support team.

Sysdig Secure could improve is its complexity during initial setup and configuration.

We are working on a runtime detection and response plan for our microservices-based application, which runs on open-source and managed Kubernetes. The goal is to help our SOC team proactively address incidents and support our compliance program. Sysdig Secure aligns perfectly with our organization’s regulatory requirements.

1- Easy to implement across our multi-cloud environment.
2- Identifying threats at runtime to our microservices stack running on Kubernetes (k8s).
3- Excellent support from the services team for onboarding the platform in our existing setup.

No significant issues while using the platform in our production and UAT environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate automated image scanning into our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring all container images meet security standards before deployment, and export SBOMs from runtime environments, enabling better visibility into our software dependencies and compliance readiness. After onboarding Sysdig Secure, our vulnerability count in runtime decreased by 40% due to proactive measures enabled by its features.
