Best Construction Software Platform with the best product roadmap
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Procore is that it is a platform that is committed to an evolving set of construction capabilities. Its is very fully featured and yet continues to add functionality and capabilities to solve problems in construction management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not as modern as other enterprise SaaS platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore continues to add capabilities such as Safety and Resource Management which will allow is to unify our construction software portfolio.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of procore and how it can be used for both field and office staff to force collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, but I will say that the finances can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new addition of modeling is going to be very helpful for our field team. Thus far it has helped to solve field issues

I like how it makes it user friendly & provides helpful information to navigate the program more easily.

The only downside of using Procore is not knowing up front all the different tools that can be used & how implement these tools into my project

What do you like best about the product?
everything in 1 spot. love the continued innovation and letting us have a voice in what the software will look like.
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to easily access our data without purchasing the analyhtics tool. having purchased the tools already, I believe we should have access to a more robust reportting tool without having to pay a crazy amount for tha nalytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been very proactive in helping correct issues and maximize potential related to our ERP integration. They are very knowledgeable and are always quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far I have not discovered any issues that Procore isn't already working to fix. They're great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is a one-stop shop when it comes to project management and seamlessly integrates with Sage 300, which is such a relief for us!
Easy to learn/User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of resources within the site to learn everything you need to know

Sometimes it's missing a few specific features and a little slow when loading, (especially the reports tool)

I am able to easly manage the budget and create reports to see where the money is going and where there are issues. I can also present the reports to others easily.

Reports feature maybe , it should expand to financial area and offer more mix and match to be able to compare data

What do you like best about the product?
Procore aligns our field operations team with the project management team. Data is available instantly when it is needed and Procore continues to improve this process with Copilot, I am excited to see how Agents will streamline and improve our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the interaction with our sales team, however I feel we are pressured to purchase additional products. I understand that sales is what drives procore and increases revenue, but this could be toned down a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified platform is key. Users (Project Management and Field users) do not want to log into multuple platforms to do their job.

One platform to do everything. This helps make project managing more efficient.

Dont have any dislikes so far, incorporating estimating this winter.

More efficient way to see everything on one platform and cloud base makes it easy when traveling and not able to connect to server
