Great tools, great people and great support!
What do you like best about the product?
The support they provide to their customers and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing where we have to predict our revenue for the upcoming term. It should be a pay for what you use model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a uniform platform where we can perform most of our work. We are not trying to learn multiple systems that don't talk to each other. It's also allowed us to move to digital processes versus shuffling papers around the office.

Efficiency and ease of use between different tools. Also the amount of training available has been effective for myself and our company.

As of right now I do not have any dislikes.

Assisted in being effective and efficient on managing the project jobsites and field guys reporting.

As a first time groundbreaker lot learning, lots of new things excited for the future with new technology, including AI

Overlapping sessions and not being able to see all of them. Even with the recorded ones.

That all products are an add on cost. Some training videos are not updated as the products are updated.

the ease of navigation, hyper linked to drill down to the source.

the number of clicks it can sometime take to get to the source

I am a partner working with customers to integrate into their ERP. It solves for them the double entry.
Procore Immersion
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Procore is its versatility in supporting the construction sector. I did not realize its potentiall until having to attend the Groundbreak 2024. There is a lot more to learn regarding usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its price. With my prior employer (Tutor Perini Corp), some of the engineers have recommended Procore but upper management did not approve due to its cost. Luckily with my current employer (Halmar International), they have seen its importance and have engaged with the Procore software.

Having a platform collecting all important and relevant data

I love how all the tools i need to get the job done are all in one place.

Some issues with documents not rendering correctly.
