Project Engineer
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy procore for the one stop shop for everything needed on the jobsite. I like the ease of making daily reports and photo logs, The submissions and RFIs are in once place and orgainized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawing tool has not worked for me on my project. Although we have complicated drawing sets with many design units, the drawings tab doesnt work at all and makes for painful uploading process.
Procore is also the most expensive option on the market.

Daily reports are a breeze to complete and continue to update. makes for reporting very easy for each of the 13 areas we are working on.

Innovation, and the customer support that they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, if there is something i dont like they fix it pretty soon.

Centralize location for all project related items.

What do you like best about the product?
It puts all of our project information in one location for owners, subcontractors, engineers, and our employees to view. The data is up to date, accurate and collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how things are connected takes time and some of the features are not intuitive to locate. There's so much possibility it can be difficult to decide how you are going to use it, but once you get the basics and start to get into the platform it is very powerful.

The drawing fuction. Wish it was more managable for IPAD.

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting the field to the office and the real-time updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing isn't straightforward and is hard to budget what modules we will want to add in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our supers in the field now have the specs and drawings at their finger tips. They are no longer having to go back to the job trailer and log into our server to access up to date information.

Most of the field tools are great. We also like most of the finacial tools.

Daily logs. They do not have a way to log subcontractor names, trades, classifications and hours for certified payroll

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is revolutionizing construction technology. Their commitment to R&D and listening to feedback is uncommon in the tech industry. They have a big picture view of the entire industry, making them a one stop shop for a lot of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some quirks about the software and it's pretty rigid. Would like to see some more customization ability.

It's becoming our source of truth system for most of our company.
