Procore is great for organization
What do you like best about the product?
Disorganization is very easy when it comes to file sharing. Procore has a great way of keeping documents in order. The Drawings tool is a great way to keep revisions in line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore's documents tool is okay, I'm not a fan of it. I wish there were more options similar to the Drawings tool in the way it allows to keep revisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Latest and greatest version of drawings - it's a mess in folders. Procore's drawing tool is great.
Procore has a wide range of tools across the construction industry.
What do you like best about the product?
All the different options are good, may this be coordination, RFI, Estimator tools, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everthing has been really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving all problems related to construction digitilization.
Clear step by step instructions on each lesson, paired with good videos.

Very clear and precise video illustration

Long and tedious video chains; I suggest breaking them up even more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn using the videos and working with the team assigned. It covers all of the items I need to run a successful project but has plenty of extras for upgrading as we continue to bid for bigger and more complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to reopen and modify a closed out submittal the process is not a fluid as I was expecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the first time this company has been the GC for a major project requiring a PM software therefore the easy of access to drawings, specs, pictures, etc has been a game changer for us.
Very Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuative. Hands on and not hard to learn. I like the meeting features and the daily log.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounting side of Procore and invoicing is kind of messy and could use a rework.

Meetings with ownership go seamless and are very easy to understand.

Procore offers a wide range of tools for project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, making it a one-stop solution for construction projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its comprehensive nature, new users might find Procore overwhelming and difficult to learn without adequate training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
anaging multiple aspects of a construction project (scheduling, budgeting, documentation) across different platforms can lead to inefficiencies and miscommunication.
Straightforward, and easily adjusted to my/our project's specific needs.

Easily reviewable drawings, and organized sets.

Mobile app not exactly aligning with the desktop version.

It has helped solve constantly having the up to date drawings veiable to all of the team and trades.
Single platform for communication in a construction project
What do you like best about the product?
Closes the communication gap and keeps everyone informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibility of receiveing too many emails, which may cause flooding in inbox any we may miss some other important emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The usability from start to finish for a project along with the ability to stay up-to-date with the most current information across the board for all involved in the project. Being able to have it on your phone as well as in the office allows for quick problem resolutions on the jobsite even across companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything to possibly dislike about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting time by being able to share documents easily between companies and streamlining the bid process saves countless hours. Not to mention RFI resolution happening in minutes/hours versus days.
Having Procore is a game changer for supporting multiple projects.

The software is very user friendly and is designed well to be used in the field. I love the tutorials and certification courses. The fact that you can learn a topic via short and concise videos is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is allowing us to gather pictures and track jobsite performance in real time. We are able to run several projects at once and communicate with the techs onsite in a timely manner. We are also able to get real time data from the techs instead of having to chase down the information.
