Paperless Construction Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is an all in one application for construction needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit confusing at first. It has a sharp learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the overly use of paper in the construction industry.

Ease of use, multiple ways to access various features. limitless ways to set up company or project customizations

i have not personally set up a project or company from scratch, but i can guess that this takes a lot of time, and money, speaking of, there are rumors of very high cost.

drawing management and distribution as well as version management is hugely important to me

I have not found any features that I would change about Procore.

It enables all project documentation to be stored in one location, thus allowing all contributors to view update to date information.
Detailed, Informative, User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The information presented is relevant to all project informtion needed and was explained in detail. The navigation tools made learning even easier.

Information was sometimes repeated throughout the same lesson.

Daily Jobsite progress notes and photos across one visiable plaform makes delivery easy for presentations and project updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a comprehensive project management application with all the tools needed to properly manage all aspects of your project including bid management, project management, commitments, invoicing, pucn lists and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Becasue of the divrsity of it's tools there is a learning curve before becoming highly proficient with Procore.

Central application containing all of the necessary tools to efficiently manage and centralize your project's data.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been a positive solution for our processes, improving project management with its many useful and constantly evolving tools. It ensures smooth operations and effective communication across several departments, including safety. Additionally, Procore offers support at your fingertips; you can easily submit a ticket if you encounter any issues, and the Procore support team is always eager to help find solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say their is any downsides to the platform itself. It 's just trying to streamline our processes and getting the rest of the team on board and to utilize the platform to it's fullest potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To ensure our processes are in place and allows our employees on the jobsite to document any incidents or complete forms instead of constantly having to carry paper copies.

Procore has been a benefical program for the productivity of my projects. Ease of Use.

I do not dislike any part of it as of right now. I wish Company Cam integrated into it.

2-change history- you can see who change and when

4-change events- you can link a change order with an RFI, Submittal, Meeting Minuts , emait etc
