Procore is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I use procore everyday for work and I love the ease of the website and being able to navigate through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a better system with the directory feature and distribution feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to talk to trades through RFI's and having everything in one place makes everything so simple.
Great way to stay up to date on project
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the most helpful program because of its many tools for documentation and project management. It's a one-stop shop for 90% of your project needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Procore is how to use the program it takes training. It is not an intuitive program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore gives me a single way to contact the Engineers and get the drawings, specs, RFI's, Submittals, and others tools.
Great for Project Delivery Management
What do you like best about the product?
Great drawing tool features for take offs between revisions. Correspondence tool. Daily diary integration with 1Breadcrumb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to reduce notifications, users have to be set up in directory before you can email them rather than just being able type in an email address. Financial package is not up to scratch; we use WorkBench for financials instead.

Document management for drawings, submittals, and RFIs is the best option available

The financial managment tools are a bit clumsy and requires multiple entries

how organized it is, it helps with ensuring everything is in place

sometimes it glitches out on the phone, i can upload photos but it wont load

ProCore is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly and has really helped keep my day-to-day organized. It has everything I need in software to keep myself organized throughout the day, which is frequent. It was easy to integrate my projects into this software and implement them internally and externally. Also, the communication time of customer support is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing, can't wait for external integration with other ProCore accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with the team onsite, external communications with engineers, ease of providing redlines on construction drawings, and having everything organized and easily accessible by all parties.
Essential for managing projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The software makes it easy to track every phase of construction from bidding to close-out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides yet. There is a learning curve but once you become familiar with the software use of Procore becomes somewhat intuitive and streamlined.

The biggest challenge I find with managing construction projects is tracking everything. Procore is the answer to that!
The future of construction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows us to effectively collaborate with internal and external team members. It provides a one stop shop for sharing and communicating all project documents. As a general contractor we require our subcontractors to login and use Procore. Now all users can see the latest drawing addenda or submittal revisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a submittal is marked as "revise and re-submit", Procore should automatically create a new revision for that submittal. There should also be an option you can select in the RFI response that requires a "RFI Re-submittal Required". There are instances when there are multiple revisions to one RFI. If RFI's could have a "PMI" (provide more information) response then it could automatically generate a revision in procore for that RFI. Procore should also have a feature that automatically sends out emails to the assigned subcontractor contact for when their submittals and RFI's are overdue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years I always thought it was frustrating to not be able to save files directly from outlook into Procore. I always had to save files locally and then upload to procore. This issue was resolved a couple of years ago and it has saved me much time and hard drive space.
Simple & Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of navigating throughout the software. Everything is displayed and user firendly to access even without much experience with the software and the trainign & how to guides for all types of users is handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inductions - could try make this simpler

The simplicity of having all information & data in one place. This is both internally & for external subcontractors
