Great software to track submittals!
What do you like best about the product?
It is really helpfull with tracking and managing the submittals

Solving the workflow and the daily reminders are great!
Use Procore primarily as the Construction Data & Doc Control interface internally and externally

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Procore is that all team members have access to the same information whether you're using the web or an application on your phone or tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quantity of emails it outputs per item. I've noticed that some tasks result in several emails, which can get overlooked easily.

Procore solves our business problem of documenting events that take place on the jobsite. We also use it heavily for punchlist items.
It takes a lot of button pushing to get anywhere but is good to have everything under one software

The amount of approvals that are required to do a Purchase Order

How to stream line procore uploading process so all cost codes speak to eachother
Wonderful Integration With Only A Few Qwerks
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a wonderfully integrated software that allows the company/users to input, organize, control and distribute information for a given project. From this platform the user can create a project, input information throughout the course of the project and even bill customers/owners from within the same program. Seamless connection between RFI's and change order management including automated communications to all registered users. It's so easy to login that I can even use the app to make lighter changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is meant for simpler changes to your projects and does not offer the full flexibility of the website, but at times that is all that is needed, so understandable. The RFI page always sends you back to the top of the page when you finish working on a particular RFI. That means when you exit the RFI you are automatically sent all the way up to the top of the RFI list and when you have a lot of RFI's its really frustrating. Uploads seem to work on an "as the program feels like it" scenario where sometimes you are allowed to upload files and sometimes it only works for one file or not at all.

Effective in file sharing and hosting in one primary location for better data management.

ProCore streamlines the process and makes it easier to implement the reports needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like there was some information that did not apply to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that this will benefit the Admin team when we do "billings" each month. I like the fact that we can include Lien Waivers as attachments.
LOVE This System!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore customer service is amazing. They are very communicative and talking to them about any issues is very easy. It's very nice to log in and see all of my projects on a dashboard as soon as I log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ERP integration with SAGE can be tricky - not sure how much of that is Procore's fault but something to note!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of projects, at-a-glance, etc are very useful tools in Procore. It's SUCH an easy program to learn to use. There's plenty of help articles and the customer service team is very responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is one source of truth for plans, specifications, and site documents across multiple different projects. This stops confusion and makes sure everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Procore sends too many email notifications.
