Multiple information in just one Project Tool and a very good customer support service. I

Sometimes is very slow and we cannot sync more that 3 items at once.

Budget, invoicing, daily logs, pictures. Customer service is fast and very helpful.

The ERP with QuickBooks does not treat retainage correctly.

The ultimate project management software!
What do you like best about the product?
Given the functionality and the ease of use, any company can start using this software. There are constant feature updates and works well without constant issues. We can also collaborate with owners in an easy manner. Overall, super cost effective too!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, when we do want a feature which is not a part of the main feature set, it comes at an additional price cost. But apart from that, nothing as such to dislike about the software.

I like the bidding and the budget modification feature. It cuts down the manual work a lot and gets the team team to collaborate at speed.

Quick ramp up on construction side of things, including intuitive mobile interface very convenient for field teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be improved to support earlier in design process, so earlier drawings can be reviewed by GC and trades for value management and guide design decision. That process is clunky and terminology is a steep learning curve for architects and engineers

Tracking for access and bidding. repository for latest dwgs and specs and clear construction admin process
