User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a user friendly application in which you can register to take courses and continue education. The help figures are great as well. Any issues that you may have can be quickly resolved via chat or live representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything regarding Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, communication and documentation of project overall with all companies and indivduals involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration amongst the team. Gets all stakeholders on the same page. Procore support is unparalleled in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of begining to use Procore is the initial investment of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore assists in bridging the gap from the office to the field. Brings craftworkers, owners, design team and project management together. Creates transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how there are introductory videos to teach how to use the program. It makes it very easy to learn as a new user with so many avalible features.

Some features are cool but seem unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to access plans on procor with linked section views to the plans themselves. It is easy to bring the plans to the hands out in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the document tracking in Procore for everything. It is easily searchable to locate things if you set the job up correctly. The constant changes are not helpful in the most part though and is causing us to second guess using Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the changes are frustrating. It seems Procore is catering their platform for big users and not the little guys who maybel don't integrate their accounting system with Procore. The changes made and forthcoming to the financials are going to be a big problem for us and we have no option to opt out. The new change to the Procore community directory to search a network has already caused issues as duplicate companies are bing added to our directory. It is becoming more of a hassle to use Procore than a help.

Submittal and RFI management is good.
Financials used to be good, but new updates are making it not useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenience of all project communication within the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The RFIs layout has changed from last year and is less intuitive to follow from last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Communication including Incident reporting, Damages and RFIs in one place.
Easy to learn and a very helpful tool

Having everything on one programme that can be accessed on desktop as well as on mobile devices.

The inability of video progression on the app.

Innovative and Always Evolving
What do you like best about the product?
The seem to be very consumer-driven. They listen to the users and typically make adjustments to the software to fit the needs of the end users. Other softwares we've dealt with in the past have had a "this is what we offer / take it or leave it" mentality. Based on customer feedback, ProCore is always evolving to meet customer needs.
If I have questions about the software, their chat boxes and FAQ sections always offer great quick info to keep us moving. Customer support is always fast and knowledgable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, we don't use the Bidding module to it fullest abilty, but I believe that is mostly due to us not doing our own due dilligence to implement it in our office. WE don't fully understand it, but customer support has offered to meet with us via Zoom meeting to discuss and demonstrate.

Everything under one roof. It all integrates together nicely and saves us time.

I'm struggling to find something to disparage. It has met all my needs for years. There are more tabs I should use more according to my VP
