Procore User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features of procore are the ways in which the information is presented. There is alot of information being thrown at the user and procore makes it manageable by segmenting the information. In adittion procores use of section quizzes make sure the user understands the information beofre moving to the next section.
Upsides of these features give the user confidence in knowing that the information they are being presented is getting throgh to the user.

What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature about procore would be the innability to have tutorials that make the user participate instead of just watching a video or displaying an information chart.
The downsides to not actually doing the actions that procore is teaching is that users can forget what they are being taught.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is streamlining the process in which problems are identified and ultimatley solved. Getting all interested parties on the same page is an integral step in moving the project forward.
Its a good tool to track submittals and get access to the most updated drawings

Having access to the most updated drawings and site instructions
Procore is combining the work we did with multiple programs in the past.

Everything is in one place/program and the support team is great.

It's a complex program that takes a while to learn.

As I said before, everything is in one place, I'm not uusing multiple programs to manage my projects
6+ years of using Procore, many more to come...

Minor quirks that seem to be addressed over times as they are brought to the attention of staff.

Easy to use and very intuative, always being updated.

Navigation can be difficult setting up new projects with doccument files and the numerous options for subbie access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of distriubtion for drawings and specifications to all contractors ensuring that none are missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is intuitive for most of the things you'd regularly use, but even if you're not sure how to do or complete a task or item, their informational tools are readily available with easy-to-follow guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues or dislikes with Procore.

Procore is good for staying organized and tracking progress/tasks throughout a project's lifespan.

No down sides so far. Still learning so no complaints.

Daily running of job site and connecting with all the trades and upper manegment.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, integrates with everything, mobile access, lots of companies use it

expensive pricing per module, missing some features like robust scheduling and 360 photo capture
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep everything in once place. It's nice not to have as many point solutions. It also integrates with any point solutions we do have.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to get snap shot of overall progress on various areas of the project, Sumbittals/RFI's/Punch Lits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails and some of the nuances for punch list such as having to get multiple approvals before sending punch item out to selected contractor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of multiple metrics inside a project. Ensuring submittals/RFI's are getting answered in a timely fashion.
Procore Honest Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different funcationalities procore provides. It helps keep projects organized and on track. I really enjoy the file saving system and being able to send documents striaght from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the change order funcation and not being able to fix a misake once it is approved. There should be an option to make adjustments.

We went through a company wide file structure to helo make things uniform.
