Easy to adapt and learn with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the most helpful things of Procore is streamlining multiple tasks and organizing in one software. Having all the tools featured helps increase productivity and minimilize mistakes. As a daily tool for our company, it does not dissapoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Procore. I have yet to run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procores ability for documentation is a key tool in helping manage our jobs and holding everybody accountable.
Evolving Technology
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Procore Customer Success is always willing to chat on how to make their software better. Customer Success does a fantastic job helping out company success on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore strikes out on Cost-Plus Billing services. There are currently no other options for a integrated Cost-Plus Project where billing, changes, budgeting, and document management is synchronized; This would be an awesome feature for Procore to add to the lineup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Budgeting, Forecasting, Contract Management, Change Orders, Construction Document Management, Meeting Minutes, Photo Documentation
Great for keeping everyone on the team updated!
What do you like best about the product?
We are a cutom home builder so our projects can have many changes. Procore has allowed for us to easily keep our drawings, submittals and RFIs updated. The cloud based system allows for our superintendents and subcontractors to easily check the necassary documents anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side I saw was during the initial emplementation. We had to get everyone on board and familiar with using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updated drawing are easily tracked and shared.
Procore for Site Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps keeps plans up to date and everyone on the same page - from the office to the field. We have yet to be able to find another program that allows instant updates to drawings and plansets so that there is no delay in our field getting the information they need. It is easy to use and
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Procore is the price, and the pricing structure. Having a company base your price by how much work you do is nothing short of crooked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time drawings updates and changes getting delivered from the office to the field.
My views on PROCORE
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very useful application to manage costruction projects as it covers most of the critical aspects therein. Further tailoring features avialable with the application further enhance the value of the application
What do you dislike about the product?
Further improvement of interfaces will enhance the value of the application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing correspondenses, drawings, RFi, etc. are very cumborsum processes in Construction Project. Since Procore has given solutions for all these apsects, it is very useful tool for all project stakeholders.
Procore Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a subcontractor superintendent roll, and being a simple user, to my first superintendent roll from a general contractors perspective, and now needing to understand Procore from an Admin roll, Procores training and certification process through G2 has made it very easy to impliment and use in the field. I use Procore on a daily basis, making it a very integral part of supervising a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not come across any downsides of Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Procore is helping our company solve all issues, affording us very valuable insight to be able to make more informed decisions.
Clearly built for the GC
What do you like best about the product?
I think the premise of Procore is solid for unifying project information on a given project. The drawing management tools are solid and the revision control is excellent. I particularly like the inspection and daily reporting tools as they give an easy to use interface for the field staff who may not be as tech savvy and it also provides a solid audit trail for project activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program, while catering to trade contractors, feels like it is clearly built for general contractors and has no current way of integrating between different companies platforms. The app itself, despite strong internet connections, is extremely slow and inefficient in loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is great for drawings and helps organize sets that are often not properly versioned from the general contractors. It also has a robust system for managing inspections and audit trails.

It's very informative with lots of tools to be utilized! It was easy to navigate, with great Custome Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's a lot on there to be used!

A lot of features, you can have covered most aspects on the jobsite. from the basic daily log - to use BIM models. i was really surprised when i made the training.

nothing for now, i couldn't found any negative aspect

RFI issues - Drawings Markups - Follow up with subs - Jobsite control - punch lists
Procore is an amazing app/ program for construction professionals and employers to use.
