Procore AIA Billing
What do you like best about the product?
Makes AIA billing every month easy when all I have to do is input a percentage.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are taking Buit ot and I loved the easy email signing of lien waivers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to redo all my paperwork when I have to revise and resubmit. The software does it all.

This version of the program has become easier to navigate then previous versions. ITS EASIER!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!!!!! its great. Maybe you can add a button instead of a pull down menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of resposiblity has been solved by showing the BIC and the time its in their court.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risilient data management. Before, our data lived in Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. It's easy to overwrite something important in Excel or never save something to SharePoint. When a teammate leaves the company, the Outlook history goes with them. Procore stores it all and it is very difficult and even impossible in some situations to lose the data. The only problem then becomes getting everyone to use it. Still, it is making approval tracking much easier and forcing us to keep track of our documents better.
The transparency with contractors is nice too. It's great to have a tracker tell them what submittals they haven't sent and what their statuses are.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been a game-changer solution when it comes to project managements solution. It's a very easy-to-use tool that requires a little training to get started. The customer support has been so proactive and responsive to all our questions 24/7.
Procore has been so helpful in my organization because it helps us to manage our contract documents, financial/job costs, sheduling, daily reporting and procurement. When it comes to documents control it ensure more up-to-date is distributed while allowing version control and lookback.
I also love the quick and accurate process to enact and manage change events with owners and trade.
Using this tool has been a time saver because we're able to store and share information in a digital format which enhances time work and collaboration.

Price can be one of the greatest drawbacks as it expensive for a small organization working under tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Procore to communicate and share information with all our team members especially when handling projects.
Tracking progress and schedules, viewing and submitting updated drawings. We also use it for setting schedules and reminders which is a great way to help us stay in top of our projects.
It's also a great document management solution.

Very indepth. Learned a lot about Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of videos. Would rather read then watch videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One seemless program that makes it easy for the contrators and sub contractors.
Ease of managing construction
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how I am able to keep a track of drawing versions as well as create punch items right on the drawing. I also liked the concept of keeping a track of T&M work items and linking it to change orders via reference number.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have much preffered if there would be an option to edit the schedule in the procore environment itslef, without going to MPP or P6.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of communication for me. I belive if the whole team would be on the same page, it will be very efficient.
Great Tools/User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has many different tools that help with financial, submittals, rfi's, meetings etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any down sides to Procore. Its streamlined and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps to keep all of the information on the jobsite right at your fingertips.
Great Platform for the Project Cycle in the Construction Industry
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is user friendly. It's really easy to reach out for help as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be not being able to customize certain fields once they've been used. Not being able to pull adequate submittal reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its the perfect way to communicate to all stake holders involved on projects. It allows everything pertinent to the project to be housed in one easily accessible platform. It's also mobile friendly.

Procore provides all of the tools needed with minimal hassle and tutorials that make it easy to navigate and utilize for smooth project workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike at this time.

Document management and distribution of those documents. Communication of changes in a project, and the benefit of utilizing the mobile tools.

i'd like for it to have a photo report like tool, because the photo tool doesn't give a report like format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the relation between the original plans and the bulletins that change some things during the process. Because now we have the bulletins directly referenced to the plans
