Project Management - Quality & Safety
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have attentive quizes and videos with a downloadable link to all teh video transcripts to have it at hand if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some trainings are a little lengthy, while they provide good information some trainings may feel to drag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping students get a good foot in the door when it comes to these types of trainings that will help better serve them in the field

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the the user interface being pretty user friendly and the way there can be more than one way to find some thing in Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can bulk edit assignee (change asignee) in punch tool. Also can't bulk edit status. I think i would be helpful to have a bar chart on observations and the ablity to asign it to more that one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has been help to be a one stop source to manage multiple aspects of our construction projects. I like the face that sub-contractors has access to the job on Procore has been proven helps in jobsite management and overall project management. Also i appreciate that in certain functionality of the software that the app was designed in certain areas to be easier to use since superintendents are always on the move.

how its able to keep all the data and information in one place and everyone updated
I have enjoyed working with the procore app and web based tools

All information in one place. There are many tools available to track all aspects of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit confusing at first, but has a lot of helpfull tools for questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the fractioning of information. If used in entirety you are able to put all needed information in a proper place and all parties are able to access this information as needed.
Procore provides everything we need to stay organized, informed, and in touch with Team Members!

Document organization at it's best! And, the CONVERSATION tools eliminated traditional "phone texting" between Project Managers and Superintendents.

There was a little confusion between Procore DRIVER and Procore but Customer Service was exceptional!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document tracking and distribution. Time Sheet Management.
Procore is the most comprehensive project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a very comprehensive Project Management program that cna be used by almost any company to run their project, It seems to be designed to minimize duplication of effort and allows for custom standardization of many aspect of the program. It seems to ne a lot easier to use than other programs i''ve used. I have a lot to learn about all the changes that have been made in Procore over the last 20 years, but it all seems to work better.

So far so good! I'm an old user of Procore from 20 years ago and have a lot to learn before I can say what I don't like,

I like the ability to assurer that all usersd have the most up to date plans and specifications. The RFI process seems like it should reduce the time required tio get an RFI answered,

The lessons are very detailed and helps us a lot to learn from it

Every section is very helpful, there is nothing I could thinkmof as non helpful.

It is one clearing house for all information on a Project. Bsfore, during and after completion

Lack of flexibility within the existing Tool options to customize other tools with the same options

What do you like best about the product?
Committment to adding and improving productivity tools. User training opportunities and interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but this needs to be recognized by the new user - There is a learning curve (to be expected) so a user a committment needs to be made to get up to speed for the mose effectine use of this productivity platform.
