Seamless, innovative, and resourceful
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is one of the best project management softwares I have ever used. It is absolutely seamless with both integration of accounting systems as well as easy to apply any tools and rules needed for specific business need. I use procore everyday on all of my projects and if I have any issues, the procore support team is there to assist right away and with the best customer service.

Really your all-in-one
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Procore with other companies & as a sub contractor of GC's. The features, updates & new features constantly being added, and how well it work without constant issues are what sets Procore apart from other softwares. Once set up, it is user-friendly & just an all around easy way to keep track of your projects from start to finish. Also, the ability to collaborate with Architects / Owners / Subs is extremely helpful & included in the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of using Procore, is it is costly, & if you want more than just the "core" features, it is an additional cost. Implementation isn't as user-friendly as some other softwares I've used, but the support pages are extremely helpful. But really, once you have everything how you want, it is easy to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all documentation & communication in one location without it being scattered everywhere. Tracking conversations, latest drawings, and work flows. My company is trying to catch up with the times & Procore is definitely the least daunting.
Terrible just terrible
What do you like best about the product?
Not much. To say I am not a fan is an understatement. See my dislike about Procore below.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beware of the big company vibe you will get at Procore. They will sell the relationship as a “partnership” but once you sign the contract you are only a customer. When you ask for support, you will be shuffled around like a hot potato then blamed for user error. The invoicing system we paid for at implementation in Oct is still not functioning and it is now mid Feb. However, in true “partnership” manner there will be NO financial compensation for Procore’s error. Best way to describe Procore is “over promise & under deliver”.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was supposed to provide a single, intergrated, source of truth.
Project Management Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Great set of tools to manage all aspects of Project Management
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're needing to register for licensing to use as a GC it can appear to be expencive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Functions such as work flow & task accountablitiy are greatly simlified using Procore.
Concise and Easy to Understand
What do you like best about the product?
To boost my success in obtaining a job in construction, I obtained the ProCore certificate. The information was presented in a concise, easy to understand manner. The visuals and practice projects helped further understanding of how ProCore is used in application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see any downsides. However it may be difficult to use in field without internet coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synchronicity of up to date information. Communication and Tracking.
No written Owner's proposals?
What do you like best about the product?
Things work. Unlike RedTeam, the software platform that I just left because of the many issues after their great upgrade. It caused me so much frustration that I had to leave.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was surprised that after being gone for over three years while using RedTeam, I come back to Procore and find that the only way that I can send an owner proposal is to buy a lot of estimating modules that I don't need. I'm a general contractor. I don't estmimate. I plug sub numbers into a budget, develop a schedule of values, click on (well, I used to click on) some clarifications that apply, and then send an owner a nice, professional-looking proposal. Not in Procore.
The workaround is to do a Prime Contract and print that to PDF and send it. I don't think so. That's not a formal proposal. I just can't believe that RedTeam has something that works so well, and Procore doesn't. Or, at least it's not a separate module. I would pay a little more for a module that allowed me to send proposals the way I should be able to, but I shouldn't have to buy a lot of estimating tools that I'll never use just to get it. Proposal Builder should come with this expensive software, or at least be an inexpensive add-on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was fine with RedTeam at a lower cost, but they messed that up for me with their "upgrades." I supposed you could say that Procore is solving my frustration with my other platform that stopped working as well as it once did.

The platform has very good material and those who explain do so with a good structure, I can take the courses at my own pace.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of tasks, to-dos, photos, documents, structured processes.
