It has been very welcoming.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for the organazations to move information quicker pace and to be more effient.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you need so many things to program just to build up the templates avaiable in procore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing for finacial benefits to be more explored because of timing of the informating being implamented at normal time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is a central platform that everyone in the office and out in the field can use. It has many functions that help me do my job. I also love that if I have a suggestion about what can make Procore better-more user friendly-they take the time to consider it. This is a program I use daily, almost all day long.
The next best thing about Procore is the fact that if I have a problem or question the team responds instantly to help me troubleshoot or reach a solution. It means I am able to get back to my job almost instantly.
Another fantastic thing: the education. Not only can you get a wonderful and full understanding of the tools for Procore but you can also get CEU's and general education about the construction industry. Since I came into my job with the minimum construction knowledge, having these programs available has helped boost my career and understanding. It is also helpful to get refreshers on how to use the Procore tools.
The next best thing about Procore is the fact that if I have a problem or question the team responds instantly to help me troubleshoot or reach a solution. It means I am able to get back to my job almost instantly.
Another fantastic thing: the education. What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how hard it is access the meetings. I have to click through four different pages to access the correct meeting overview. If they could steamline the process that would make a great program even better.
The intergration of some programs like docusign could use some work as well. The communication between the programs can be a little hit-or-miss.
I do not like that some of field tools can not be modified to make things easier. For example, the individual projects directories: When our guys in the field go to input the manpower reports they have to take extra time going through the subcontractors to find the correct one and if there are two like Windows Install and Windows Plus in the company directory, both come up and can lead to a lot of confusion when they hit the incorrect subcontractor.

Procore makes it easier and quicker to get the data we need from the jobsite over in administration so that we can do all our reporting and make sure things are on track. It makes multi-project management a lot more streamlined and easier to navigate.
Procore is a system that is easy to navigate as well as efficient when it comes to organizing.

Best things of procore is RFIs and Submittals

There is nothing wrong with anything when it comes to Procore.

Procore is solving many issues when it comes to issues on site. It is very good with Submittals and RFIs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use Procore amongst a vast team of engineers, architects, and contractors has proved to be a seamless, efficient, and easy effort. Our team utilizes Procore for multimillion dollar infrastructure projects, where daily reports, submittals, RFIs, and schedules can be uploaded, shared, modified, reviewed and approved with simplicity. As a project manager, Procore has certainly made my job easier by allowing me to see in real-time any critical action items that need to be addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside of using Procore is compiling and downloading project photographs. One project I am involved in currently has 46,000 photos, and there does not seem to be an easy way to download them all at once. Rather, I have to download one "page" of 40 photos at a time, making this effort very cumbersome and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems I have is managing reviews for RFIs and submittals, given the quantity of projects that I manage. One of the most helpful tools that Procore offers is the "ball in court" feature under "My Open Items", and being able to subscribe to the email notifications that alert me when I have actionable items.

Sometimes need to browse is document difficult

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has helped me alot with my career. It's very smooth and easy to use.

T&M Tickets could be better if the sequence was in ascending order date wise.

Procore helps to find items quicker by using the filter tools. Saves alot of time.

The cost. Procore is the most expensive PM software available.

The main benifit to procore is getting data from the field back to the office.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using and taking advantage of PROCORE tools that does the job for me, it is easy to get things organazed and be able to track my notes as well as archiving my photos and not to worry about how much space I have left to store more pictures, also it is very convenint to reach the plans and make notes on the drwaings as well as loading picturs right on the plans, it is an amazing tool to be used and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the PROCORE does not cooperate to uploading infor. the other thing is difficulty of uploading viedoes,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Punchlit items tracking and communicating these items to the others, made it so much easer to track and close items out efficiently.
Billing and Corporate Administrator
What do you like best about the product?
The billing functions. We are able to easily track hours and materials which in turn leads to express billing. My company uses it constantly. It eliminates the need for purchasing multiple software products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to learn, but has great support.

Procore has allowed us to become an example to other subs for billing and RFI implementation.
Lot of features, great usability and, one central location for all your information
What do you like best about the product?
We manage 100% of our projects in Procore and it’s easy to say I am a very fequest user of Procore. Procore has meany features to offer. They are not just focused on the office aspect of the job but there are field-based functions and features. There is a very easy transition from the program on your computer to pulling up the app in the field. Procore has made it very simple not just for the GCs to enter and track their daily reports but for our trade partners to enter their own daily report into Procore as well. With how easy it is to quickly pick up and use the program it has been a very easy implementation of the program on new projects and integration on our ongoing projects. Procore has also helped track and document any field changes or back charges by using the Change Events tool. This tool allows the field team to note and document any field changes and any damage caused by other trade partners that can be used to create a CO or back charge if needed. But I have to say one of my favorite tools is the Models Tool. It allows you to view your project model within the program and on the app without any addons or plugins needed. It has taken something very confusing and complex and made its user friendly. So, any company can have a lot of features but where Procore stands out is their customer service. They have training videos for everything, you can live chat with someone, or just give them a call and walk through whatever it is you are facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things about Procore is they listen to your recommendations on how to get better. With that said, things often change without notice. Recently there were a few features in the accounting and contracts side of the program that changed without any warning. We got it figured out after a few phone calls and all is well. With that said change will happen without warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have made the day to day data entry very easy. They have also made it very easy to be clear and concie when documenting anything from the location of a photo to creating a Punch list item.
