Awesome Program
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, so user friendly. All the project information in one place easy to find. If you have any problems the Procore help desk is right there to guide you thew the problems. The training is by far one of the best program trainings to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports... well mostly the cost reports contingency reports to be exact either provide to much information and not enough. The constant Bata changes that take away very useful features and when you reach out to Procore about it you dont hear anything back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to see on time accurate budgets and contracts

Procore makes working out in the field very easy. Can easily pull up drawings, submittals, and contacts to easily find solutions to problems. Also it keeps everything up to date to make sure you are using the most current updated infor

Some items like observations/inspections dont work the way we would like them to work

Procore is the best all-round platform for functionality and ease of operational use.
What do you like best about the product?
As a person who uses multiple systems within the construction industry, I have found Procore to be the best all-round platform for functionality and ease of operational use.
New and exisiting team members adapt to the platform with high levels of engagement, picking up the functionality fast and with ease due to the system intuitiveness.
Mobile device use in the field has increased productivity and real time issue response. The ability to link photos, drawings and communications is valuable in resolving and prioritising construction issues on site in a timely manner.
Customer service is the next level and the best I have ever experienced, support page, live chat and our CSM make the process simple and stress free to reslove the majority of questions we throw at them.
I comend the Procore team for listening to the end users ideas, pinch points and how they continually extend their platform to adapt to the movement in the construction industries demands.

Procore is so great a promoting Women in construction, diversity and mental health, let see if we can change the Daily Diary Man Hours title to keep pace with the world, lets just call it Work Hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found Procore is moving to increase the functionality of most tools and this is a continue effort as tech & end users expectation are ever changing. As these new functionalities are introducted to the platform is is increasing user engagement.

Lack of flexibility in the Integration with Docusign.

Our operation team likes the software, application makes them more efficient and faciltiates collaboration with owners and vendors.
Procore Groundbreak 2023
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to streamline preconstruction by utiliztizing automation. The items requiring details ultimately take a majority of the time, the tedious task are of the utmost importance to ensure Kinley is providing Client not only what they expect but what the deserve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to much to complain about, the only negative item would be the lack of ability to research on the outside.

The ability to maintain document control, issuing PO that lead to submittals thru the initial estimating phase.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use after required training. 24 Hour Customer Service is Great!

It was difficult to get the initial setup and processes going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There a few things in Procore that we have requested change on. They have taken our suggestions into account and once enough votes are in, they will implement the change.

Slow network speeds some times. Can't set measuring scale for drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the latest drawings and being able to see previous revisions. RFI tracking
Procore's software is intuitive to use and the support is top notch.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact I was able to start using Procore right out of the box without having to ask tons of questions and if I did have questions the Help section and even the support team were very welcoming and willing to help. We needed a software that was similar to how we did things before we had a construction management software but also made things more effecient going forward really made Procore an easy sell. About 80% of my team was able to integrate the use of Procore in new projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not really a downside, we need to add all users to the system. This includes people who have a Procore account and people who do not and may not want to use it, at least the way it was intended. We can't change people but we can try and make it easier or more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we needed a system to organize our Submittals and RFIs. After playing with Procore we descovered we can use it for Daily Logs (allowing us to get rid of an additional cost for Raken) and Change Orders (alleviating the use of an archaic excel file) for job cost management.
Excellent & Efficient Point of Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of Procore that is most exciting is the ability to organize a large scale project with various vendors, contractors, and trade partners into a "one stop shop" source for streamlining communication about the specifics within the project. The participation of each trade can inidividually be represented and involved, quality and safety engineers included, as well as the client, for a range of vantage points in tracking all aspects pertaining to the project. From a zoomed out perspective to get an overall idea of progress in real time, to a detailed analysis of an item to locate a singular part number, the information is readily available to help everyone collaborate to make the project a winning success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I would say the only thing I dislike at this time is that not everyone uses it! :) I hear more companies talking about the disorganization within their projects and I believe if they were knowledgeable of what all Procore could do to help eliminate confusion within their teams, they would utilize it immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way Procore is set up has been really beneficial in that it forms a connection between all users to know who the responsible party/contact point is for whatever part of the project I may need information about. I also view it as creating a level of accountability for all users. Projects have multiple people doing a plethora of tasks, but once something is entered in the project file, a "history" is created with the name of the party who input that data, as well as the date and time. This allows users to be informed on who to go to regarding specific tasks because it can be seen per the history, whose name is attached to a specific activity. Incidentally, it also has a way of revealing which particular users might pop up frequently with careless errors or missteps in their field work and perhaps need some clearer direction. Additionally, from another perspective yet again, it could be said to have a way of highlighting those who deserve recognition for being a distinguishable party that has a proven track record in their work efforts as an exemplary tradesperson creating a positive result in their quality/progress on the project as a whole; this is a great way to determine which trade partners might be reliable sources to rely on for future projects or even refer for other clients. Lastly, I would say the platform has also helped tremendously in supporting efforts to find an explanation for those "hard to pinpoint" issues that might be flagging errors continually without an obvious reason. In that case, the Procore platform enables users to identify obscure patterns, revealing perhaps a tiny, specific step from the scope of work that was being overlooked so that the particular trade can be notified and make the appropriate change.
