Procore has made my job more proficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and itergrate other products. This helps with organization of all project documents and financials. The ability to comunicate with office and field team members is pertinent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The beta mode notifications being there. To many times during the week were there is upstream issues. It would be nice to press enter to create folders vs. having to click the create button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows for easy document management and communication with the field. This allows for a smoother workflow and more proficient project. The ability to comunicate with GC's and resolve problems in realtime.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dynamic customizable dashboards by this tool that enable us to design the dashboard to show specific tailored information for each project. I also like how this tool gives you access to real-time updates on every construction project ensuring that all parties involved get real time information. The automated reports generated by this tool save us valuable time in generating project reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The real-time data available in Procore could lead to data overload for some users. Its high dependence on internet connectivity could pose problems for construction sites in remote areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a reliable solution for various construction project management operations in our company. It has provided us with a unified platform where all concerned parties involved in a construction project can access important real time data on the project. It has also been essential in enabling us to better manage and organise files and documents on our projects thus improving efficiency and saving resources.

Procore can be utilized to do every aspects of constrcution.

It can be confusing for some subs at times to navigate

Keeping all project files and contruct docs in one place for ease of refrence and also ease of refrence for the subs

Procore helps keep all necessary paperwork together in one easy to mange location that is accessable by users from any location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company does not use all the functions available . The functions that are used I really can't think of something that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all the subcontactors updated with the most current set of plans is critical and all the drawing are available for each user.

What do you dislike about the product?
As for a downside, not much here . New updates are expected in which Procore does a nice job informing the end user when and what to expect.
The new beta option is tough and a bit different but Procore does ease the end user into that realm.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of each aspects of construction- from RF's/Submittals to Document organization has helped immensely in following up with other contractors and vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpfull is that its a really good one stop Project Management Software that covers every part of managing the job from start to finish in realtime...from Drawing updates to puch and closeouts to name a few
What do you dislike about the product?
The having to go in and manually send every approved CCO to ERP. I think once approved and signed by all parties it should automatically go and then you can make the ndecision on the ERP side to push it through. Right now its a two step process for each and every commitment and change Order
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawing Mangement, Daily Logs, Punch Lists, Work Flows, Invoicing, and Payments and helped with reporting.

Procore is easy to use and has so many amazing features for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is costly. Depending on usage, the cost may be excessive.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the comprehensive range of organizational tools and guidance that Procore provides. Moreover, I find great value in the wide array of software integrations available and the thoroughness of the support resources provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there isn't much I can point out as a dislike about Procore, if I were to identify one aspect, it would be the inability to establish links between different drawing areas. For instance, I encountered a situation where I couldn't link a drawing uploaded to a specific area designated for structural drawings within the Drawings Module to another designated area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping DexProcore has been instrumental in assisting Dexel in addressing numerous management challenges that we have encountered in the past. One notable example is its remarkable utility in efficiently managing our drawings and facilitating seamless distribution of notifications whenever updates occur.
Great all encompassing tool for construction management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all facets of our construction processes in one place, and viewable from anywhere, allows me as the VP of Operations to monitor and support our teams in a consistent manner regardless of location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Consistency in entering data across the different tools. Some areas names are sorted by last name, other areas by first name.
In thier change management tools it should be evident from the onset of setting up a change event a clearly stated place of if it is tied to a CE, SCO, PCO and/or PCCO. If this complete life cycle was apparent on each of these pages it would save a lot of time.
The project analytics and forecasting are difficult and require a lot of outside manipulation of numbers and running reports to cross reference different tools.

We are able to utilize one program for 80% of our management in projects. This creates efficiencies between our office, team and subcontractors that we didn't have with previous programs.
