What do you like best about the product?
simplicity on the way to use it and how to find files

the projects menu and the why the files linked to some activities are not moved to the correct files archieves

Digitalization of documents used as paper before
The app provides a lot of easy to learn/use tools.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the punch tool the most because it reduces the amount of emails in my inbox and I don't have to worry about the wrong subs recieving the wrong message. Really, it makes the punch process much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can get a little confused when it comes to comments & reviews. I understand there is a difference between the two (that's why they exist) but it can be a little hard to distinguish when someone emails a response/review and/or a comment on something like an RFi or submittal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The punch tool is insanely helpful and easy to use. I was able to punch a total of 40 units in roughly 4 hours - crazy! The punch process can be very tedious but ProCore makes it consistent and east to follow the process.
Have started using Procore to mange several projects for my firm.
What do you like best about the product?
Storage of information and drawings are available to all assigned team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found any downsides to using Procore.

Mostly organization of projects and task management.

Looking for back up is easy and it helps when there is a discrepancy with sub contractors.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough options on tools outside of RFIs and Submittals to manage how notifications are sent and when. This would be especially helpful to have on Observations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Daily Log tools allow for visibility for jobsite activities and helps stay on top of project progress. The Financials tool helps keep track of the financial side of the project, allowing not only the ability to see job profitability, but also prevents things like change orders from slipping through the cracks, which sometimes happened when this was managed outside of Procore. The Estimating tool has dramatically reduced the amount of time it takes to prepare a bid/proposal.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is absolutely invaluable to what I do on a daily basis. I appreciate that Procore uses basically the same set up / menu options for each project. This provides me a level of comfortability and standardization that other construction platforms do not offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about Procore. If I had any complaint, it would be other users and their inexperience with the system. Being a subcontractor, I'm completely dependent on "talent" of the General Contractor. If they do a poor job setting up the portfolio, I'm stuck with their decisions. I do see training opportunities every now and then. It would be beneficial if there was mandatory training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides an excellent platform for drawing and project management. Again, the only issue I have is with the other users. If there was a way to limit versions of drawings internally, that would be very beneficial. There dosen't seem to be "version control" measures in place.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to pull up documents through the app just as quickly as a computer while on site has been a huge help to ensure all things are installed properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing and commitments portion isn't always utilized properly by General Contractors. Possibly a training course or for use would be helpful. However, this is mostly to do with the contractors and not the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing plans on the jobsite as well as keeping track of open and defficient items has been a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
PROCORE is a feature-rich tool that covers every aspect of project management. From initial planning to final delivery, this platform has it all. The project planning module allows you to set up tasks, create timelines, and allocate resources with ease. The collaboration tools facilitate real-time communication among team members, promoting transparency and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative point is that the application is not integrated with another application which I use on a daily basis, Smart Use.

Procore helps enormously in the real time use of the latest architectural drawings available
Great product, definitely a key product for our business
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is a one stop shop for full project Management. It intigrates all aspects of project management into one location and gives a clear and concise format for logging and presenting it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the price is high but for the amount of tools it is understandable. Additionally the financial portion of the tool can be frustrating as it forces backing out of all more recent items to fix something in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving many problems at once, the biggest benefit in my eyes is that it ensures that all parties have full access to their information at any time. There is no more claims of trades not getting drawings or site instructions and errors accordingly.
