Very happy with Procore!
What do you like best about the product?
It is an all inclusive program for running and Building a construction site. User interface is simple and logical. From daily reports to material logs. The blueprint reading, updating and QC tools are very helpful. Procore Definitely makes our jobs and time management easier. Pin tool for photos is one of the best features. as well as easy access to previous revisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a mobile app for the phone is awesome but it does not stay open to hold your place where you were at. need to re open every time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one carrying around a full set of prints is out dated. Communication between trades and General contractor is one of the biggest problems that procore is helping with
Procore is efficient interphase for collaboration and coordination of building professionals.
What do you like best about the product?
Time-saving design and ease of use are what I like best about Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I expect more out of less efficient software used on other platforms after using Procore.

Procore helps resolve issues resulting from a lack of communication with team members and associates.

Quick and efficient way to manage tasks and communicate with workers, and staff.

I have no complaints about procore at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has been able to help me store drawings, manage RFI's and distribute submittals.
Procore is a valuable tool in the construction industry
What do you like best about the product?
The feasibility of use, ability to upload documents and communication with sub-trades are great
What do you dislike about the product?
When submitting a tender in our industry, not all quotes require a lump sum amount.

Great for tracking submittals and RFIs
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is great at keeping track of all submittals, RFIs, and ASIs for all of the project team. With the help of the general contractor, we can see where items are at in the review process and keep people on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The repeated emails each day of what is outstanding can be somewhat overwhelming. It would be nice if this would be emailed every other day and not on weekends. Also, if the reviewing of submittals could provide the choice to select 'Reviewed' or 'Reviewed as Noted' would be extremely helpful for us as architects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps keep everyone on track and can show project flow of where we are currently at in the process. If early on, you can identify whom, as part of the project team, can answer questions or review items, that is very helpful.
Can't imagine not having Procore!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides extensive customer support, ranging from immediate chat support while in the platform itself to support through a dedicated account manager who is able to answer questions and connect you to the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is significant, particularly to add on new packages such as estimating, etc. We also find it challenging to stay up to date with all the features as there are so many developments constantly being released (which is also a good thing!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has provided us with a centralized database of key project information, connecting project teams in real-time and enabling our field and office staff to obtain access to critical information. Communication has increased greatly as a result of Procore.
My experience with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload new revisions of drawings and drawings management in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow to load at times, which is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts out the use of old drawing revisions.
good but i wish there was more clearity and training to do things on it.

drawings and markups. makes it easy to get around on mobile app.

hard to find your way on computer version.

its helping me because it gives me the chance to flip back and forth without moving a bunch of paper.
An easy to use, intuitive tool for managing construction.
What do you like best about the product?
It's on line, cloud based, I can grant access to many people, help is available quickly, it evolves and grows with my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some items are a little convoluted in getting accomplished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to view BIM models in the field and allows for verification of work in place and helps plan the look-ahead schedule.
Project Management through Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the photo features. I make many albums for each of my projects that help organize the photos. I like that the photos are online and not saved on my phone's hardrive. Linking photos to the drawings is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently the log in has not been working well on my desktop. I used to not have to click the login button and would stay logged in, but it has recently been somewhat of a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us maintain our daily logs, photos, RFI and submittal documents under one umbrella that are available in the field. Having foreman see plans, specs and project information from their tablets or phones is great.
