What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use it to see the plans and get updates whenever needed

It is a complicated system to use at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits my company because we can use it with general contractors.

Easy go software, keeps stakeholders updated and fast and covers most of CM's requirement

Some budget items are locked, such as direct costs.

Procore makes projects run smoothly and efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many advantages with using Procore for your projects. Everything you need is right at your fingertips at all times. The tools I like best are submittals, drawings, change events, change orders and RFI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Schedule. Cannot link P6 with Procore so it is useless. In order to have a current schedule, you have to upload it whenever there is a change to the schedule. They should create a working schedule feature instead of it just being a reader.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document control is much easier with Procore and it eliminates common problems with revisions. Tracking items such as submittals, RFIs, etc. is a breeze.
Amazing Software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is defiantly the top of the line project management software. From inviting subs to bid a job all the way through the close-out of the job Procore has a tool for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Id would say there are little neuanses here and there; at the time schedules couldn't be created in Procore only uploaded from different software. When budget allocations were made it you would have to go find them on the line of origination to be able to bill the back end. There a very few cons and the pros greatly outweigh to make the software worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Procore solves is having a one-stop shop for all your management needs. It can all be done from one place rather than switching between multiple software to enhance productivity. The mobile app also rocks! Its super easy to use wich is great for out not so technology advanced field employees.

The platform is not customizable enough to blend with the needs of the company

Procore is an amazing product right out of the box.

Procore does not allow for much manipulation and doesn't perform what I need outside of project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The allowance of keeping everything in one spot and provides an easy sync with QuickBooks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to navigate so far for all the stuff I used it for, such as RFI's. I like how easy is to navigate with the observations, I like how you can attach your pictures and make comments right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not experienced something not working well. Everything I have used it for has worked well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier to be able to communication between trade partners and make sure they are up to date on specific stuff such as RFI's that have been answered, observations and inspections that have been created. In addition, it is great that we can add people such as inspectors to have access to our project, making it easier for them to check drawings and RFI responses.

It is very helpful in terms of organizing submittals, reports, site instructions, and RFIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many emails that cannot be turned off. This saturates the email system and consultants start to ignore items.

Organization of drawings and submittals
Project Management is easier with PROCORE. Financial control of a project has never been easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Change order control and a plain view of the budget. Additionally, is easier to stay in the most updated drawings as new drawing packages are submitted by the architects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be that you cannot customize some tools or items that would be more accurate to your project. Sometimes is confusing the labels PROCORE gives to documents or tools, you need a great amount of time in PROCORE to understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial control. It's easier to identify how my budget is changing during my project. It allows you to be more aware of your gain/loss for each trade. Subcontractors management is also easier with the commitments tool.
A complete change to efficiency and processes
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have the information you need for any project at the touch of a screen is fantastic. Coming from the archaic way of working overly reliant on email, paper and out dated revisions it's a revelation to be able to know you are always looking at current information is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really does rely on what is put into the system. Training is important and this puts a lot of front end pressure on users to fully understand the system to enable the full usages to be utilised to their full potential. People can be lazy and I think it could use a few check positions before elements can advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better awareness across all of the projects we are working on, regardless of whether at tender or build stage. Better revision controls and better awareness of health and safety onsite as well as sub contractor reviews and management
