Great experience learning all that Procore can do.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up a job is sometimes time consuming. Some items transfer from job to job with the template, but other items still have to be manually entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having RFIs in place that can be linked to change orders. Time saving.

It is organized - there many ways to see the pages and re-label them
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the label of the pages duplicate the pages or they override eachother and it is hard to understand the computer decides to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KEEPING A DATABASE OF FILES DIGITALLY. IT SAVED ON PHYSICAL STORAGE AND DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS HAVE ACCESS TO IT.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and complete with what they offer, everything from file/drawing management to submittals to financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the rollouts of the updates feel rushed and poorly thought through. I specifically think the email function is the bulkiest of the capabilities and can definitely be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of all files has always been a big issue before Procore. Utilizing excel and word documents for all submittals/meeting minutes/change orders/etc. resulted in mistakes and inconsistency within the company.
All encompassing Construction Management Program and Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of customization within Procore to make the program work as you need it for your company. It has everything needed to run and track successful construction projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of implementation is needed to get it all up and running correctly. Procore does have implementation managers to help with this process, but it does take a lot of data entry to get it going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore Bid processing and estimating is helping us to track our bidding and estimating process for government-funded projects that require a lot of tracking. It gives us an easy way to track our bid requests to make sure we are adhering to all of the grant needs.
Single source information platform
What do you like best about the product?
Construction-based/minded information management within a single piece of software. Mobility of access is also a significant benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some user interfaces could be more intuitive

Primarily drawing management, a single location of current docs that is easily shared. Also, record daily logs and pictures, available for review anywhere
Great experience with the software and as a solution, especially with the construction work flows

The app is fantastic, so easy to use for all my team and the website as well, the fact that the page dont go back when you work in any tool, for example if you apply a filter it stays when you open again the page

Some reports must improve with the option to present, for example the punch list do not show the picture with the item solve when you print a report of several punch list

The time to create a reports now is so fast with procore that we can share in a few minutes a whole report of any tool or area of the project, with this we can monitor the progress and prioritize the works
The Procore Platform is Transformational
What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration across your in-house team, owners and subcontractors! Procore's easy-to-use interface provides a huge confidence booster for construction personnel who have little tech experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve BUT their support team makes it very easy! You can actually speak to REAL PEOPLE when you call with questions. Never have to wait on a reponse!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating my team and all the trades; one-stop shop! Also, bringing our company out of the dark ages and into the digital age!

The file structure for the contract drawings is different from job to job. Not eveyone keeps up with tasks that prevent procure from reaching its full potential

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great software tool we use to track our commercial construction projects. The best feature of Procore is its ease of navigation throughout the app. The live customer support feature is also great to get real time support.
We use it daily on site while the project is live and it helps in a number of ways with all facets of reporting and it also keeps track of all site plant and notifying us when its due for maintenance.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are several annoying issues that are being addresssed with Procores integration with 1Breadcrumb. We use 1BC for our staff tracking and site inductions and it seems rather cumbersome in certain respects. Hopefully these are ironed out as we move forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with the management of most site operations. All tracking and monitoring of the job is detailed in Procore. It is also used on all our sites to monitor and document all our site specific OH&S issues.
Impactful for business operations and projects
What do you like best about the product?
Across the company we have found Procore to be a consistent, intuitive and clean platform. Information is easy to create, manipulate and access. As an admin I have had the same experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Procore has gone public I have found dealing with them a bit more rigid and corporate. The platform requires better integration or readers online with office documents via the web. Excel documents are all over the shop. Estimating and bid management has been dissapointing. We will likely drop them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has contributed a lot to the business. Improvements to business processes, collaboration, management of information, documentation of projects, and ease of creating forms and inspections.
