A very intuitive and user-friendly experience that I was able to learn rather quickly
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it's (non-beta) interface and especially its very good Live Chat customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one complaint is the new beta User Interfaces they are trying to get everyone to use. I do not like them. I vastly prefer the older UI.
I can see it's clearly an attempt to make the interface more Tablet friendly, but it ends up just making too much wasted screen space, which needs more scrolling and adapting for a PC user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a great and off-site method of storing and organizing our project information at all levels, especially with it's ability to store attachments like invoices and contracts

The customer service is very good. And the paperwork organization.

Submittal packages do not function well.

Procore Drive is my favorite because it allows me to open and save document changes without uploading new revisions easily and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not "rejected" status for Commitment invoices. If an invoice is not accepted/approved there needs to be a status other than revise and resubmit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management. It is helping to streamline the process for all staff. Documents are easily accessible to all and everyone is using Procore in the same capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable tools are the best part. Not only is a lot already built into the platform, but Procore will help you customize the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are drawbacks in the way the tool packages are set up. We don't always need every tool in a package, and the expenses can rack up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the delivery of reminders for information requests, and creates shortcuts for the paperwork that is involved in a PMs role.
Easy and very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the editing features used for the on site blueprints. You can take pictures and put measurements down with the tap of the screen . I've used some other programs and I think I prefer Procore the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
N ot too many down sides. If I would have to think to include one I would have to say you cannot upload videos onto the project tab. Other than That I'm very happy with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is with communication from office to the field and also helps us keep track of the progress in the field with the picture option and daily logs.
Work from home mom life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Procore is its accessibility. I complete my tasks even while working from home with a 1-year old using the app on my phone (because sometimes I'm not seated at my computer with 2 free hands).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Procore works slow. I believe we were told in the past that when overall usage is up, it works slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The intertwining of tools is extremely beneficial to be able to link different items together and provide attachments.
Organised annd notifications made easy
What do you like best about the product?
any change or notifications can be automatically sent/received with updation list and date. with drawings i like to see RFIs marked in them

there is no effective BIM coordination facilities

Indispensable construction project management platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidation of all pertinent construction project documentation into the cloud alloqing the transparent real time distibution of critical time dependent communciations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is extremely flexible, there are many challenges to get a new roll out conifigured and tweaked in an optimum matter. This invaribly takes multiple project iterations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially ending revision control problems with project documentation. Streamlining the review and acceptance of compliant work. Eliminating double work by multiple project participants.
Procore is great for expanding companies in the construction industry.
What do you like best about the product?
It can house all necessary information and workflows. It can work with outside ERPs that most companies will be using. The UI is very friendly. Assigning custom permissions and creating custom reports/dashboards is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, we wish there was more depth to the customization options available for different workflows. It is not cheap, but the quality outweighs the premium price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helped us move away from paper timecards to digital time entry for our field crews. This data can also be imported into our ERP system, which helped automate the data entry aspect of payroll records.
Best way to have all the documentation of one construction together and connected.
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to have budgets, RFIs and Submittales with their cost impacts, Work Orders, meetings, punch list in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some programing issues, coding activities or subjobs is not that friendly for someone who does not have experience with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all the different possible costs associated with the project, along with all the drawings, RFIs, specs and submittals.
