Makes keeping my jobs organized easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The submittal tool is the best to use because it makes it easier to do them

some subs that are not use to it have a hard time dealing with it

it keeps everything in one place and makes uploading pictures way easier
Procore has all the tools to operate a construction company.
What do you like best about the product?
Access to all of the plans, and documents related to a project across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to store video files on the platform for owner training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure the documents are available in a timely manner for the project at the end user.
Procore has made my entire work life easier.

Budget management and submittal tracking are very in depth and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore makes all aspects of my job easier to manage. I do not have a true dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization across all job functions have been improved.

Makes everything easy do find. And documenting everything is easy.

I wish the search function was a little better when searching through submittals.

They are constantly updating and improving.
Pretty easy to use but is a great tool for project collaboration.

All information is centrally located in one place.

Some of teh functions are not intuative when make adjustments to minutes and agendas. The plan viewing tool lacks the kick but the Bluebeam add in helps. Just costly.

Storage and tracking meeting minutes.

That when I have a question, I have a chat option to contact a rep right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have problems with the program syncing with our Acct program and have to wait on answers for that category.

It's keeping everything organized. It's very user friendly and easy to train others.
The experience I had using procore
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about procore is that it combines all aspects of the construction job, such as estimating, fieldwork and accounting. I also, like the fact that there is a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about procore is how long it takes them to use ideas that people have suggested in the procore community. Also, I dislike the fact that procore won't use the idea unless it has enough votes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that procore is solving is having different software for various tasks; for example, I can review site drawings, take photos, review documents and track man power all on one application. Normally, these different aspects of site work are done on other software.
Great concept but not well executed
What do you like best about the product?
The concept of Procore is great - one place to keep all documents, drawings, correspondence, bids, contracts, and everything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every function of Procore is done markedly more poorly than a competitor's product. (As an example, markup in Procore is far more cumbersome than markup in Bluebeam.) Automated emails that go out from Procore are sloppily formatted and give an appearance of unprofessionalism. Bid packages pointlessly preserve a directory structure that end users find confusing. Overall the system lacks any sense of elegance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem Procore solves for us is preventing email from being used as a file cabinet, and making all project drawings available centrally. Having one "system of record" takes a lot of the guesswork out of recordkeeping.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use mobile or tablet platforms make field use seamless. Multiple options for photo input is also very helpful. I can see exactly what a coworker is trying to explain from their location in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to have spec areas just like drawing areas. Occasionally we have a project with multiple locations that have a spec for each one, and the only way to upload that is to put them in the documents. Once that happens you cant use the tabs for each section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the flow of information blocks in construction from the home base to the job site. Nothing costs more than the loss of production, so keeping upto date information flowing is crucial.
