Procore is helping my company with reporting and keeping all our information in one spot where it's easy for Supers to access everything at their finger tips.
Some of the tools are great and some need lots of work.
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very useful for the field, some of the estimating tools are great, many items worked very well. The financials and budget portions need work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Budgets and financials are very difficult to pair up with accounting programs. Tons of double entry required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Estimating and bidding is becoming much better, the chat feature is a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple way to display projects, an intuitive platform that facilitates the control and management of projects, always having at hand the traceability of each decision made during the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
the financial module is still not very aligned with the conventional and functional way that budget construction is done in Colombia, there are predetermined parameters in the platform that are not very suited to the language of the region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal communication issues of the project are resolved, and the approval processes with the client are expedited, while at the same time the precedents of each decision made are clarified, in favor of the project's progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Document management from bidding, drawings, contracts, submittals, and invoicing/pay requests...Procore makes these functions so much easier to track and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some items are difficult to correct if not caught early.
While the program is pretty intuitive, there is a lot to learn to get the most out of the program. Tutorials help but don't explain some items enough to understand how the program functions and interacts with the various components.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding updates can be challenging. Why some of them are implemented and getting used to the new functions can be an issue, but most make the program easier to use.
Procore is an immediate value add.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore was easy to adopt and an immediate value add. The user interface is intuitive. It brings visibility to the entire team and streamlines processes. I believe Procore does it best.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried the financial tools integrated with Sage 300, which didn't fit us well. If Procore could perform all operations of accounting software so you didn't have to work between two systems, it would be better.

The drawing tool alone was huge. How it organizes and keeps drawings up to date saves a lot of time and keeps us from using wrong or old information. There is no question that the drawings tool and the other core tools Procore more than pays for itself every year.

What do you like best about the product?
Drawings tool, easy to locate anything you are looking for quickly and precisely. No need to use pdf or Bluebeam to sort through each page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the costs it takes to keep using. It could go down in price as you add other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be great if we could get the payroll and time card applications; that would solve a lot, like not having to do daily reports and enter time because that is a double entry. We just purchased the estimating package, and I am trying to convince my boss to get the time card application.
Procore has been very useful for my company, because it offers flexibility and simplicity.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very easy to use. The application UI/UX is simple, and of course Procore provides everything we needs in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside until now is Language. We live in Indonesia and our field members sometimes do not understand English. Hope that Bahasa will be available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Delay. By using Procore, our field members regularly get notifications on overdue items. This is very helpful for our field members to maintain their taks.
Procore is instrumental in keeping our Waterworks construction business Flowing.
What do you like best about the product?
The transition between browser and phone application is seamless. Our field guys like it, which is huge, and our office staff adjusted to it very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say one of the difficult parts about using Procore is that the drawing markup tool is very limited. Procore could really take a bite out of Bluebeam Revu and other applications if they beefed up their drawings tools, but I still rely heavily on Bluebeam before uploaded a marked-up drawing to Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows quick communication between field and office staff. Photos tool is instrumental, and redline changes can be communicated to the field very quickly.
